Axl just powers up his Actrion Trigger. You eventually can get -some- of the secret bosses' DNA codes in additio0n to the regular bosses'.
i never mastered axl's trigger move. oo;

Doesn't matter, it sucks.
how does it 'suck' exactly? the one time i did use it correctly, the damage wasn't so bad.
I disagree - he has instant access to a variety of elemental attacks with that ability, and at high power ratings too. After beating Mach Jentra, you have one of each element to use, very effective against groups weak to elements.
Granted, he becomes a little less useful later on - but if you get it down that you can do his trigger with only 50% Weapon Energy, which is actually fairly easy to do once you get used to it, then you can be pulling it off every other turn! And using his Wild Jango transformation hits Mets and other enemies weak to C attacks very nicely without needing to rely on Cinnamon or Zero.
Axl's AT isn't bad. I find Silver Horn very useful (especially when fighting Botos, it makes taking out those cherubs a snap), and Rafflesian can help immensely in reaching certain Final Strike goals. To top it off, Ninetails does something like nine 9999-damage hits in a row.
i got to like lv 45 and got halfway through tails clan, but i still beat the eternal forest. if you keep going through the tough paths you eventually come to the end, the last fight is against 3 of those cheerleader things that are with the raffelsian secret boss.
what did y'all think of absoloute zero btw?
