anyway I'm trying to reshape my character. Once again this is based off the comics 124 and 125.

Earth present day.
Josh drove down the highway in his car. Everything was going well until the pager went off. He exited and headed for the base his father worked at. A few minutes later he arrived at an airplane hanger and was greeted by several members of the armed forces including his father and seal team five. A decorated man walked in front of them.

"Gentlemen today 2 great things happened. we made contact and have visitors from space.", he spoke.

Josh started grinning and spoke "Permission to speak sir"

"Granted.", the older man answered.

"You know you shouldnt have more than one glass of vodka. looks like you had too many.", Josh joked.

"Watch your tongue young man", his father spoke up.

"very funny had you been a private still you wouldnt be in this room back to what i was saying. We have decided to bestow this honor upon two teams of elite soldiers. seal team 5 you will be greeting the aliens who call themselves
xorda. Be sure you are well armed and ready for anything. and as for the rest of you. you guys have a long journey to your vacation destination..." the older man tried to say as he was interupted again by spyder.

"Sir forgive me for speaking out of line or without permission but i was already enjoying a weeks leave that i was going to spend with my family.", josh said.

"Forget that. You men have more important things to worry about now this vacation destination i speak of is none other that beautiful sunny tropical mobius. Congradulations gentlemen you are the first choice we would send astronauts but its too risky and your transport flies itself. You will be staying in a city known as mobitropolis on a distant planet for 4 years. Bring what you want im sure the transport will fit it.", the senior officer spoke.

josh's father felt lightheaded and fell flat on his back then got up and spoke."You know i passed out and had a dream that you said you sending us to some distant planet for 4 years."

"I did.", said the senior officer

"and just how long will this journey take us til were 80? weeks? months, years?", josh asked.

the senior officer turned and glanced at josh. "No you'll be suprised how fast 7 to 9 hours flies by. he replied. Now you guys are leaving tomorrow at noon from area 51 so spend as much time with your families as you can and once again bring as much as you can cause i garauntee it will fit in the transport."

-the next morning.-

Josh drove his bike into the back of the truck and threw his bags in with it. he leaned the front seat forward and put two other bags in. "Im gonna miss seeing the beach and sunrise everymorning.", he thought to himself. He got into the truck and started it and backed up to a large trailer containing more of his belongings. he made a final walk through the inside of the house making sure he either packed or sold what he needed and then went out and put the for sale sign in the yard.

-else where-
seal team 5 made their way to the alien ship assualt rifles drawn as the xorda greeted them they raised their rifles " Come with us" the team leader commanded.

Josh arrived at the base with his father and was waved inside he could see the transport from the gate it was indeed very large almost the size of a football field. he drove up to the gaurd at the gate.

"You need to follow the cones and drive into the transport from the back.", the gaurd told him. josh did as he was told he parked the truck next to the other teams cars and belongings.

"GOOD GRIEF JOSH WERES THE KITCHEN SINK", Xenix yelled from across the transports storage.

"I LEFT THAT ACTUALLY BUT I BROUGHT THE JACUZZI", he answered.

"ARE YOU SERIOUS", Xenix yelled about to crack up.

"NO", josh answered.

the both got into the cabin area with the rest of the team.
"So this thing flies itself?", josh asked one of the techs who was adjusting and tinkering with the electronics.

"Yeah its actually about a 6 and a half hour trip.", he answered.

Josh looked at him a bit bewildered wondering if he had been before.

The senior officer entered the cabin. "You will be leaving shortly in about 30 minutes. Just though id let you know how seal team 5s day was. They brought back one of the specimens and it was dissected. One of the most interesting creatures i have ever laid eyes on. Hopefully you wont have to meet any on mobius. You will be in contact with me and their local organization throughout your trip. The reason we selected you instead of some astronaut is this. 1 you have no need to pilot this ship. 2 we dont know what to expect on mobius so since you guys are good at dissapearing we thought it be best to send you. Once you land you will be further debriefed. have a safe trip gentlemen."

the old man exited the ship and a loud thunderous hum was heard as the engines began to warm up. minutes later it rose off the ground and took off.
"umm where did earth go", josh asked looking out his window.

"see that little white dot next to all the other white dots. i think thats it", xenix joked

"Im gonna be sick", zero spoke up as he ran to the wash room.

the ship was quiet a few hours after that until yelling could be heard from the transport area.

"ZERO GO LONG", Josh yelled as he cocked his arm back to throw the football. he ran forward hurling the ball down the length of the transports storage area zero ran horizontally and caught it then made a mad dash toward josh. Josh went flying as zero clocked him with his shoulder and landed with a thud.

"OH ITS TIME FOR THE VICTORY DANCE", Zero yelled as danced around like a wild man.

The door to the cargo bay open and Joshs father walked through the door his head hung low his face stern and serious.

"Guys i got bad news. i received a brief transmission from our senior officer then it cut out.", xenix announced.

"What is it", Josh asked.

"Earth... every... every major city on earth was bombed by the xorda. It seems that team 5 screwed up and killed a member of the xorda royal family. then it was dissected. when they got word of this the bombed one city every 60 seconds. They started with us. Im sorry.", xenix announced

"Lets turn this ship around and blow them to kingdom come", zero said clenching his fist "They'll die for this."

"Its not possible. Non one even knows how this ship works other than it gets us to mobius. wether it be through worm holes or speed. I say we should be thankful we're not on earth and have a chance to start over.", josh answered.

"Do you not realise what the xorda just did josh.", xenix looked a bit angered.

"Im fully aware of what they did. They killed my family friends neighbors. The destroyed my home. i know what they did. but trying to go after them is gonna get us killed, like we could anyway. You heard the technician this thing only goes to mobius so thats all we have now.", josh sat next to the container resting his face in his hands.

ooc: well i guess rp you characters on mobius either as their everyday routing or getting ready to greet the space travelers. This should be one of my best rp threads i hope. Less action more humor once again.
