OOC: I'll say it this time since Tergo got the last 40 or so. This is more for a pass-a-long story than a chat RP. Each person types more than one line and using far more description than you are probably used to.

To start off you need to write something, a beginning, give people an idea what it is they are doing in this. Not just 4 fours in all caps with an obnoxious amount of punctuation behind it.

Is like some remake of Penders horrid 25 years later story? Or is it a alternate universe type thing mixing the sega universe with some such sci-fi universe like Star Trek, Star Wars, Babylon 5, etc.

That maybe the way im used to rp-ing, but it says that i can CHOOSE to RP in ANY format I choose.

Yes, you can choose any format you like - but RPs don't usually get started unless you start them. Right now there's just a rule and some profiles, there isn't really any story for anybody to join.

Unless you WANT people to make up stuff as they join in. In which case you should mention it. Even so, it would help to describe the RP better, or at least say whether it's an entirely new Sonic universe or if it is based on the games or the comics.

That said, I'm going to try to join - as much as our words are meant to help and guide, more often than not when Mods get involved in a thread like this, it kills it deader than nearly anything else. I'll choose Omega 'cause I like robots, and I could have some fun with a futurized version.

E-123 Omega stood on the rooftop's edge, overlooking Central City. It had been rebuilt after the alien invasion of the Black Arms, and things were just as bustling now as ever, albeit with many new technological changes as added by the turning of the years. Now hovercars were the standard, and the busy city had traffic on multiple levels. Virtual reality was a reality, and the arcades were the newest place for the trendy to hang out.

But to Omega, such changes were irrelevant except insofar as it interfered with his priority one objective. He had upgraded himself over the years to keep pace with technology, and his weapons and armor were top of the line. He had only one motivation that made him incorruptible.

Years ago, Eggman had been finally defeated. But he had left many secret bases behind, and Omega's objective had driven him to find them all. One of them was supposedly hidden underneath Central City, and Omega felt finally ready to take it on.

"Must destroy ALL of Eggman's robots," droned Omega to himself, his glowing red eyes burning with the desire to fulfill the revenge he had created for himself all those years ago when Eggman abandoned him. And he leaned forward like a stiff statue and allowed himself to drop through the air, whizzing past the air cars, then suddenly flipping back upright with a boost from his back-mounted jets right before landing heavily onto the street itself, startling human pedestrians. He ignored them all and sped down the street using his jets.
