Here is a summary of the symptoms resulting from today's ezboard server issues:
1) Certain boards and forums are missing topics.
2) Various request errors are hindering boards (when opening certain topics, when replying, etc.). The problem where boards' main pages were giving a request error should be fixed, though.
3) Some boards have reported losses of funds from their Community Chests.
4) Various boards' user member lists have lost a number of users or gone blank(?) .
5) Certain boards' security logs have gone blank.
Along with our technical operations department, we have been and are continuing to work on the solutions to each of these problems. Until we are able to come up with specific instructions for each issue, please sit tight. We will make each set of instructions available as soon as possible.
On behalf of ezboard, I apologize for the inconvenience and thank all of you for your patience (we apologize for the lack of an immediate update, but we have also been hindered by request errors and time-outs when trying to post here). Again, we will update this topic as frequently as possible.
Do not expect replies to RPs untill these problems are fixed. I know of at least 3 or 4 active RPers that are out because of it.
Guess I get to see who among those that can post are good RPers eh? I mean in which RPs don't just leave people behind. Work with people through PM's if nothing else, I trust you guys talk to each other outside the RP's. 
I'll update this as needed and if the problem isn't resolved fairly quickly will figure out something.
WORKAROUND:
If you still cannot post Tornadot found an issue that may be causing problems. When you reply to a thread use the TOP reply button. That should solve the problem. If you at still having problems tell me VIA PM or IM and I'll work your RP's on a case by case scenerio.

It's a pity that a lot of RP posts have got chewed up... do you think there is a possibility they might be replaced? =/

Rico, a question about what you said before about moving to the other board: Am I the only one that seems to have problems with it? I've registered an account on there, but half the time I can't tell wether I'm logged in or not, and also whenever I make a post, it seems to dissapear into thin air a few seconds after I place it! I've tried posting to ask for help, but I'm not even sure my posts are on there for people to see! Put simply, if we were to move over now I wouldn't be able to join.
I'm gonna put a post in the Visitor's Center soon to see if anyone has any sugestions, but I implore you not to move anything over until my problem is solved! I don't wanna loose the RPs i'm in, or the MoFo in general! It's all too cool!

No its not. Just some peoples. Some people never lost the ability to post. I'm still getting reports of people that can't post, including some of the GM's. Please read my edit.
As for Eliteboard. I can't keep up on the progress, you should address your questions to EVC so Vector or Lighthead can address them.

If EZboard's gonna restore the lost posts, what will that do to posts added after the attack but before the restoral? Will they be lost, or will EZboard do some magic and allow us to keep our newer posts as well as the lost ones?
Thought this would be a good question to ask at this point before restoration takes place.
Wouldn't it be safe to save them just in case that happens...from what I hear when they restore the posts, it'll go back to only May 9th...so anything after that isn't restored...

This is precisely the reason (er, one of them) that I always save my posts to a wordpad document before posting them.
