Conme followed his former master and talked to Casira on the way. "He has a startling appearance, but he is a good person. He took me under his wing and is the closest thing I have to a father anymore." He looked away and at the scar on his arm. There it goes again. He starts to scream out in pain. "GAH! MY ARM! DAMN IT!" He knew something was wrong, something-there, he saw it! A MANDALORIAN?!
"LIGHTSABERS!" Screamed Maul, and everyone activated their lightsaber and stood in back to back triangle formation, ready for the warrior.
Striken's eyes shot open. Something was here. Something he has encountered before. He quickly jumped up grabbed his Dual Stacked lightsaber and rushed to the exterior of the ship without putting on his Sith uniform. He seen it! A Mandalorian! He ignited the blades and went after the warrior.
"You bastard!" Striken yelled, "I'll cut you in two!"
The mandalorian was armed with a Vibroblade, a ancheint one at that. With two quick strikes it was all over. The warrior lie on the ground in three pieces. Striken glared at the corpse.
"The single most imprtant rule in the Sith code! If you feel there is a threat eliminate it before it can cause harm no matter what it is!" Striken said, "I sensed a threat through my uncouncious mind and eliminated it before harm was done."
he looked over at Maul, "You must be Lord Maul, Conme's master."
Strken shut off the lightsaber's power and placed it on his belt. He went over to the body and dug into his pocket. He pulled out several datapads.
"Just as I thought, another bounty hunter!" Striken announced, "But I've got a feeling that this one wasn't after me."
Striken pocketed the few credits that were on the bounty hunter, and went and sat down on the boarding ramp.
TBC
He shot off a smirk at his former master and raised an eyebrow. "Must've been after us for that little stunt we pulled on Mon Calamari a few days ago." He looked at...Casira, wasn't it. "That's a Mandalorian. Filthy warriors. He was a bounty hunter. Keyword is was, thanks to Striken." He picked up the warriors blaster rifle. "A DC-15 balster rifle. I've heard rumors, but never seen one before." he points the barrel to the sky and pulls the trigger and a blue bolt shoots out. "I'm keeping it."
Casira was staring down at the body, her expression unreadable. Her mind was spinning.
Bounty hunter? Why would there be a price on the Sith's heads? If they were the civilised ones, why would people be trying to kill them?
Then again, the Jedi could have blinded everyone's minds. They did have that kind, caring fascade that she had witnessed.
But then, she still couldn't quite shake the feeling that something was wrong...something...strange...
And there was something else!
It had been growing in her mind for a while now, but only now did she notice it. She raised her head, her eyes staring into the distance, examining it...
It was familliar...
It was...dangerous...
No...it couldn't be...could it?

Coruscant Space Traffic Control Station 63
Kain Rosal sat back in his chair, reading the news vid, his feet up on his desk. He had the sound turned off so as not to dusrupt the officers at the various stations around the room.
He was bored. When he had first recieved the post of Station Administrator, he had jumped at the chance! Getting payed to sit doing nothing all day...that was the life! He only ever needed to intervene if something went wrong, which of course, thanks to Coruscant's superbly structured space traffic system, it rarely did!
But the novelty soon wore into tedium, and now as he sat staring blankly at the hand-held screen on his lap, he found himself almost wishing something would go wrong!
He switched off the screen and leaned back in the chair, pulling his cap down over his eyes. A he tried to doze off for a moment, he idly listened to the chat of the operators as they expertly controlled their little corner of the Courscant sky.
"Confirmed Naboo Transport 20, you are clear to land on platform Alpha-5. Welcome to Courscant."
"Control Station 63 to Station 64, Republic Cruiser "Victory" is moving into your domain, please acknowledge."
"Negative Wookie Transport, escape vector is not clear. Please stand by."
"Sir!" Kain jumped as he realised the call was adressed to him. He quickly sat up and straightened his cap.
"Yes?"
"We're getting something really wierd on scanners. I...I think you'd better take a look."
Kain stood up and moved over to the tracking station in the corner of the room. Probably just some trader who forgot to file his flight again. He leaned over the shoulder of the officer operating the scanner...
"What the...???"
"Other tracking stations confirm. It's just entering the system now." said the officer on duty.
"A spaceborn asteroid that big on a collision course with the planet?" muttered Kain in shock. "How come we didn't know about it before?"
"I don't think it was there before sir."
Kain shook his head. "Ah never mind. Get some ships out there to blow it up."
"Sir, I don't think we should. Look at these readings."
Kain leaned over further, looking at the data bar below the scanner screen. His eyes suddenly grew wide, and his jaw dropped open.
"That's what I thought sir!" replied the officer quietly. "I was going to order the fighters out myself, but then I noticed the metal content and the symmetry of it's shape...that thing...is a ship!"
"A ship so big it has it's own gravity field!" replied Kain, awestruck. "If that thing was to come into orbit it could wreak havoc on the planet! It's the size of a moon!!!"
"What do we do sir?" asked the other man. Kain thought for a moment, then replied:
"Begin sending out greetings on all known languages and frequencies. Whoever they are we've never met them yet." He spun round and ran over to his desk, punching a button in one of the many control pannels. "Someone inform the Jedi Council about this immeadeately, and get me someone in the Senate!"
(OOC note: this is mainly a little development for the future...it doesn't have to be acted upon right away or anything. Just keep the story going for now^^)
OOC: Okay. Will do Wraith. What is it though?
He sensed casira's uneasiness. "Are you okay fledgling? Is something wrong?"
He looked in her eyes and knew something was wrong with her, but only she could tell him what. He can see the past in someone's eyes, but not the present or the future. But the look in her eyes made him feel uneasy.
(OOC: lol sorry if it messes up any plot ideas or anything you had SS70. If you want me to remove it I will. It's that idea I descussed with you in EZmsg, but I figured I'd intro it slowly, little by little, rather than wait for ages then do it all at once. Hope that's ok^^)
IC:
Casira shook her head slowly. "No." she replied. "No, nothing's wrong."
If only I could be sure about that she thought to herself.
A small comunicator strapped on Striken's wrist wenr off with several shril beeps. He clicked it on to recieve the message.
"Transmission from the second moon of Kile," it said.
"Master Stikren! He came out of nowhere," a small hologram of a sith soldier appeared on Striken's wrist, "Jackx Malo he's back and he took out our entire base. A few has survived, and more injured. He found us. He tolds me to tell you that you should surrender or suffer more causlties an-"
The transmission was cut off before the sentance ended.
"Damn!" Striken hissed then turned to the others, "I'm sorry about this, but I must leave," he then turned to Conme, "Looks like you've got your wish. Casira is now your apprentice and your apprentice alone."
He walked over to Casira, "I know I promised to give it to you after you become a Sith, but here you can take it now. It could help you in your training."
Striken handed his Dual-Stacked Sith Saber to Casira, "As months go on it may become harder to defend yourself so I'm leaveing Waller here with you. If you can't understand his language he has a porta translator. I sense great dnager ahead for you, and I hope he can be as good of a friend to you as he was to me. He doesn't rely on Force powers to protect himself, but makes up force that in strength."
Striken put on his cloak and started off in an eastward direction, but stopped one bfief moment, "Casira if it is one thing you learn from me, always be wary of the Jedi they will try to turn you over to their side with lies. Don't let that affect you. That goes for you too Waller!"
At that he left.
Waller let out a soft roar and turned to Casira. He pulled out his portable translation droid and activated it. He spoke a sentence in wookie and the droid translated, "Don't worry I'll help when I can. I won't let anything harm you, as was my master's orders!"
TBC
OOC: Striken has left and will not be in this Rp for a while. Don't worry he will appear again when needed. It all depends on what happens when Sriken will return. I just want to develop character with Waller for a little while. Oh, and don't worry about how Stirken will get off the planet he will make contact with an ally and send for a transport.
Conme watched Striken leave and started talking to Casira. "As long as I've knonw that man, he's never given his lightsaber to anyone. Sometimes I thought that he cared about that lightsaber more than his own life."
He realized that Casira used a different kind of lightsaber. A kind of whip. "I'll modify it into a whip type ligthsaber for you when we get back to Thule, okay?"
The Taidra had been examining the saber in her hand, and as Conme spoke her eyes flicked up to meet his.
A dual-bladed light whip? That had potential! It would take some getting used to, but it could work...
She closed her eyes, focusing her mind on the armour on her upper body. Like all of her races technology the armour was in tune with the force, since their entire race were adept with it. The armour itself, though, was special, the very latest in their technology, still in the experimental stage!
Responding to her thought commands the armour began to shift, to change shape, rebuilding it's structure to comply with her wishes! The back, on the right shoulder, began to bulge out, forming itself into a small niche roughly large enough to fit a small tube snugly...
Casira opened her eyes and the armour instantly regained it's strength, reverting to it's tough, metalic state. Commands like that took a lot of energy, and she began to stagger for a moment, quickly lying down while she regained her composure. Taking the saber in her right hand, she reached over her shoulder and clipped it into place in it's newly made holster, the black handle contrasting starkly with the gleaming gold surround.
Panting slightly to regain her breath, she looked up at the two Sith and Wookie stood in front of her.
"Well, what now?"
(OOC: Incidentally, anyone else wondering where Bunny and Gerbil have got to?)
(( I'm still here... just pre-occupied with other RP's and a few other matters. ))
Mean while back at the Jedi temple
Alex was in one of the many meditation rooms sitting down on a soft cushion, eyes closed and breathing at regular intervals. She was of course meditating, more so to calm her nerves after the incident with the Sith earlier that day. She had just finished reporting to the council before coming into the room to meditate. Alex had asked the rogue to rejoin the Jedi order to complete her training; she even offered to take her on as her teacher. With the Sith gaining a new powerful ally the Jedi order is going to need all the help it needed
Waller noted that the bandage on his right hand was coming undone. He had no spare bandages on hand so he tapped it up to where it wouldn't come undone for a little while longer. He also place his prototype lightsaber handle into his waist bag and attached one of his normal blades to his belt. The oval shaped translator hovered over head waiting for the wookie to say something. Finally Waller grunted in response to a question that was just asked.
"I will travel anywhere alongside you," he told Casira, "It is my master's wish. I asure you that I'm very easy to get along with."
Waller nodded his head then stood up and faced the transport. He was aware of the danger that faced them he just didn't know what it was.
TBC
Conme and Maul walked back to the ship with Casira following, trying to explain something to her. "You've been wondering why that bounty hunter was after us, haven't you? That makes you think we are bad people, but we are not. You see, we Sith find a purpose, and then we fight for it, and we stay true to it until death. We do it whether The Republic likes it or not. Pasiion is whatit's called."
OOC:I wanted to do this to show that the Sith really aren't bad people. It's all perspective.
OOC: Yes I'm here, soz for the post delay, had a few bits and pieces to attend to.
IC:
Lily, had been thinking about the offer of rejoining the Jedi order, but she declined, she'd stay a rogue until she decided otherwise.
She looked around, she'd journeyed with Alex to a meditating room and looked at the cushions but she preferred to stand. Deciding not to disturb the Jedi she paused and decided against meditation and exited the room, intent on exploring for awhile, she needed to know her escape routes and hiding places in case of any trouble, it would be useful to know anyway, especially when she just wanted to be alone...
TBC
"But there is a danger of being consumed by that passion." retorted Casira thoughtfully. "It sometimes happened on our world. Someone let their emotions take over...they began to get greedy, thinking of themselves as more powerful than everyone else and believing they deserved worship like gods..." She looked at the others pointedly. "Just how far will you Sith go with your passions?" she muttered...
Waller growled a little protest to what Conme mentioned about Sith passion.
The droid quickly translated, "Mater Nala says 'It isn't all about passion,'" the droid finished the rest of the phrase, "He says, 'It sometimes isn't about emotions at all. It is more of righting a wrong. If emotion dives the passion then it is personal revenge of sorts. But if an opened mind is kept then you will soon find what is right. Master Striken wants everyone to belive that his emotions guide him on his task, but I've known him long enough to know otherwise.'" the droid talks in a quite tone so only Casira can hear it, "'Master Striken acts like he does because he feels that one day can make up for all the pain he has caused, but can't seem to let go. That is his only weakness, and his only strength. I do hope you understand what I'm saying.'"
TBC
"Well of course you can't let emotion conquer you, but emotion is essential in ones life. There has to be a balance between right and wrong, good and evil. The only problem is that people are too easily taken voer by what they want, instead of what's right. What's important is you need to be emotional toward what is right. It's never wrong to feel a little bad, or greedy. It's normal emotion."
Casira eyed Conme for a moment, before appearing to relent with a sigh. She looked around at the inhospitable atmosphere of the planet. She was already beginning to hate this place.
"So what are we doing now?" she asked quietly.
Conme did a backflip onto a stone while Casira whipped her lightsaber at him. She had gotten better. She did every day. She should rival Conme himself in battle soon. 3 months of training and still not a Sith lord. She must be frusturated with him, but he's doing this to make sure she's ready for anything. You see, he had grown close to her. They were like older brother and younger sister, or father daughter.
"Okay, enough. Tome for me to take a break." He, Waller and Casira stepped outside onto a marble platform, which was still wet from the rain earlier that night. There was beautiful sunrise on Kamino. The way it hit the horizon and reflected on the water was enchanting. For 3 years, they had lived there and been awa from the world. Away from the Jedi, and The Sith. The conflicts. It was wonderful.
EDIT: Plot hole is cleared I think.
(OOC: sorry for being a pain SS
Warning: long post!)
Casira regarded the vista silently, her mind elsewhere. Sunrises like this were rare on Kamino...the almost unrelenting storms usually blotted them out. It was so beutiful...
There was a warm feeling inside her. Time had not stopped these past three months, and her condition was now visable to all, the stomach of her lower body distending slightly. It would still be months more before her time came, but already she could feel her emotions leaning...the first whisper of maternal instinct. As she stood staring at the brilliant sky awash with color, she considered how her fortunes had changed...
Slowly, uncontiously, she reached out her hand and took hold of Conme's palm.
The Sith looked down, then across at her face. She felt his look. Suddenly she realised what she had done, and she quickly withdrew her hand, embarrassed.
"I'm sorry." she stuttered. "I-I thought you were..." Her mind had drifted back to another sunrise, almost as beutiful, back on her home planet...
...with her mate beside her, drinking in it's beuty along with her...
She closed her eyes. Still she could not banish the memories. Still she woke up almost every night from the dreams.
"It's okay." smiled the Sith, reaching out his own hand and restoring the contact. "I don't mind."
She stiffened, still a little uncomfortable around these strainge races from another galaxy. But she didn't pull away. There was something about the Human, something she...had grown accustommed to. He seemed to put her at ease, an oasis of serenity in a chaotic life.
"You're getting better." Conme murmured quietly.
She smiled. "Thank you." She didn't tell him she had been holding back. Granted, she was still not quite on a par with him. She was only young, and had left her home before completing her training. But her race's natural abillities with the force had made her powerful, even before Conme started training her. She had already been almost on a level with the average Jedi Master or Sith Lord, and now she was approaching the standard of Conme, Stricken, or the Jedi Woman they had seen on Courscant!
Soon she would show him her full potential, but not yet. Not until...
...until she was sure. It was quiet, it was dull, but it was still there...the nagging doubt...the worry. Somewhere deep in the back of her mind, she still wondered if she had made the right desicion...
Waller was standing slightly behind them, and now he stepped forward, bawling in his native tongue. "Breakfast will soon be ready!" exclaimed the translation droid.
As if to punctuate the comment, one of the slender Kaminoans stepped through the doorway behind them and bowed low. "Excuse me for the desturbance," she murmured in the Kaminoan's quiet, polite way, "but breakfast is served."
That was another thing Casira liked about this place, the natives were so polite and helpful. They had welcomed the group with open arms, and when they had learned of her pregnancy they had even assigned four personal assistants to her, in case she should ever need anything! She had never met a more noble race in her life!
She gave Conme a slight smile as she stepped backward, breaking their contact. It was strainge...it was as if he had become her mentor...her father...in place of the one she had lost. Briefley she wondered if he felt the same.
She turned and stepped back inside the complex...

Realizing the fatal error he had made when he killed his former Jedi mentor, he killed the Sith who had tricked him and turned away from both sides (figuring the Jedi would NEVER forgive him or take him back), becoming neutral and focusing his mind on the two aspects that both sides of the Force use: concentration and Saber use. He used this, along with two blasters he modified, to become a Neutral, or Drifter, although he can be seen time to time, helping the Jedi, hoping to redeem himself, perhaps not to them, but to himself. He then purchased a small personal Corellian craft, which he modified with cockpit-controlled laser turrets and christened it Regret.

I'll wait and see the approval/disapproval of this before I post anything IC.
It was getting dark now another day of training was coming to a close. Waller was busy puting the final touches on the newly crafted lightsaber. He was almost ready to show it off. He let out a joyful growl as he closed the back compartment. The three crystals were in place, and it was now or never. He took the lightsaaber in one hand and went to find Casira.
Sure enough he found her just outside Conme's chamber.
"Mater Casira!" the droid translated never inputing comentary, "It is finished after months of tampering my lightsaber is complete! Using three of the rarest crystals in the galaxy, mined deep in the unexplored sector, it is guranteed to work this time!"
He held out the small silver handle. It had many buttons on it, and the tail end of it was wrapped in bandages, the same type that Waller wraps his hand in. The activation switch was crafted out of a Krayt Dragon Peral. It had a gloss coating makeing it seem as if it was glowing.
Casira nodded at the handle, as Waller got ready to ignite the blade.
CLICK
The hum of a lightsaber blade was heard throughout the hallway, but no blade was visible. Waller pressed another switch on the hilt and the blade came in sight. It was an average gold colored blade brighter than his others.
"Waitasec that isn't all!" the droid whired.
Another click and the blade extended. Click, it was shortened. Waller turned it off and placed it on his belt.
"See Master Casira, isn't it impressive. Ohter rhan those ablilites it can change colors, decrease in size until the size of a daggar, and of course it has the ability to be invisible!" the droid translated everything accuratly, "Finally one that works. Now that is done with I'm going to grab me a bite to eat!"
Waller smiled, and turned getting ready to walk off to the kitchen
OOC: Yeah, your profile sounds good CyKarius. Yout totally stole one of my ideas fo the sequel of this though. Go ahead and post. We needed some Jedi. It's also good to have a member who knows a bit about Star Wars.
He just stayed and watched the sunset. He hadn't eaten for a long time, but he still looked healthy. A little pail maybe, but otherwise fine.
He looked at the orange glow and remembered Naboo. His niece who he adored. The sunsets he watched with her. Then that day. He knew one day he would have to tell Casira. He would have to tell her the truth. That would be so hard.
They had been so close. Not intimately, but a stronger relationship. He cared for her, and knew she had great potential, but he was afraid to let her go. She's the only person he had been close to in such a long time. He didn't want to lose her.
Casira grinned at the Wookie as she followed him towards the kitchen and dining hall. "Is food all you ever think about?"
"We Wookies need lots of food to keep going. We're a powerful race, and power needs fuel."
She laughed. "Very true...very true..." she replied, grinning, and Waller's face contorted into a grin too.
"But seriously, good work on that lightsaber!" Casira continued, looking up at him. "It's very impressive!"
Waller's grin grew wider. "Thanks. It took a lot of work!"
They reached the dining hall, where the Kaminoans were moving around setting places at a massive table. Being a sociable spiecies, it was their custom to regularly dine together, and the private habits of some of their visitors confused them. They had made provision for one to eat in their quaters though, should they prefare to. Casira had never bothered though; she liked the Kaminoans, and enjoyed conversing with them regularly.
Also in the dining hall were two other visitors to the planet, a Human couple by the name of Arlak and Rahina Fett. They had been traveling through the system on their way home from a holiday, when their ships navigation system had failed. As soon as they landed on Kamino they were welcomed as was the custom, and their hosts started repairs on their ship while they enjoyed their stay.
As Casira and Waller entered the Humans greeted them.
"Hi! How are you?" replied Casira, smiling.
"We're fine." replied Rahina. "These aliens look after us so well! It's amazing!"
"How are the repairs on your ship going?" asked Waller.
Arlak sighed. "They say they should be done tomorrow. It's a shame, we don't want to leave!" he grinned a little weakly.
Rahina nodded. "Oh we've got to tell our children about this place! It's beutiful!"
Before anyone else could speak, a Kaminoan stepped up to them. "Excuse me for the interuption, but food is served. Please come and take your places."
"Where's Master Conme?" muttered Waller, almost as a side thought as his mind was destracted by the mouth-watering smells drifting through from the kitchen.
Casira looked thoughtful though. "Yes, you're right. Where is he?" She turned to the Kaminoan stood beside them. "My appologies. I'm going to go look for him. You carry on. I'll be as quick as I can."
The alien nodded slowly and Casira turned and left the room.
She found him out on the platforms again. The wether had been suprisingly fair today, and the sunset was awesome!
She stepped up to him, her eyes fixed on the brilliant red sky. "So that's where you are!" she grinned. "I've been looking for you!"
He glanced over his shoulder, then his eyes returned to the sky. "Hi."
"I came to tell you that food is ready." There was a pause, while she regarded him. "Are you okay?"
(OOC: hope no one minds me popping in a passing referance to Jango and Bobba's great grandparents there^^ Figured it'd be interesting )
Waller sniffed at the air a spoke joyfully in his native tounge. The droid figured that Waller was muttering to himself, and decided not to translate. Waller abrubtly stopped. Something had disrupted the force terribly bad. It caused Waller to grasp his head as if he was suffering from a migrane. He had never felt this before, but it was over as fast as it had came. One of the Kaminoans asked Waller what was wrong, but he just shook his head telling her noting was out of the ordinary. Deep inside he knew something important was up!
TBC
OOC: How was my lightsaber? And that was good Wraith. Jango's granparents.
"Yes everything's alrright. Something doesn't feel right though. Don't you sense it? I get that feeling any time I'm around that couple with the broken ship." He walks past Casira and into the dining hall to sit next to Waler.
In a seedy part of Coruscant...
The figure mulled over his drink in the bar. His expression dead, he watched the news on the holovid intently...
"...a fight broke out broke out in a local tavern tonight between a number of light-saber users. The allegiances is unknown, but all members of the fight managed to escape." His eyes widened at the sight of two of them...he didn't need to be there to tell they were Sith...by the way they acted on-screen. He stood up abruptly, turning his credstick in the slot on the bar, paying for his drink. He hurried outside and pressed a spot on his upper arm. Beneath the sleeve where he pressed was a slave link caller for his ship. The Regret pulled up a minute or so later, and he climbed in. "R-0," he said calmly, "take me to the Jedi temple." "Sir?" "You heard me, computer," he said between clenched teeth, "I may not like it, but it's finally time to atone to the entire Galaxy for what I've done." He'd go and offer his assistance...hopefully he wouldn't have to give up his identity. Sith on the capital planet was a big deal, and anyone who knew anything about matters of the Force knew it.
OOC: Haye to bust your bubble Cy, but it's three months later now. If you're talking about the past, that's cool.
Casira looked puzzled for a moment as she followed him back to the dining hall. She wanted to ask him what he ment, but with the subjects in question there in the room, it wouldn't be a good idea. She made a mental note to persue the case later.
She sat down at the teble on a special chair the Kaminoans had made just for her. As she did so she had a moment of light-headedness. She closed her eyes and waited for the spell to pass. She had been having bouts of dizzyness and sickness every now and then due to her condition, but this was particularly intense. And...there was something...else...
It passed, and she took a deep breath. She was letting her feelings get the better of her again.

The Republic Senate Camber
Courscant
"Senetor Gailek of the Tranarans has requested to adress the Senate on a matter of some urgency. Senetor Gailek."
The small pod carrying the Tranaran delegation floated from it's place and into the canter of the massive room. "Thank you." replied one of the multiple-armed creatures sat inside it.
Senator Gailek stared around the chamber with his thin, repitllian eyes. A hood, similar to that of a cobra, adorned his neck, and it was well known that it was possible to determine a Tranaran's mood from the way it held it's hood. At the moment, the Senetor was tense, agitated.
"Members of the Senate," he started, "I would ask for you to recall an event roughly three months ago, that happened in this very system. A ship, of alien origin, the size of a small moon, was detected heading for this planet. Numerous attempts to contact the occupants failed, and no contact was ever achived."
A murmer ran around the chamber, and Gailek continued. "The ship came to a stop just outside Courscant's gravitational field, and began scanning the planet, still refusing to respond to any form of communication. This situation remained for a full three days, at which point the Senate was considering wether to attempt to board the ship and make contact personally. However, this was never achived. As the vessel completed it's scans of the planet surface, it began to move away, shifting into some kind of untrackable stealth mode and dissapearing from our scanners."
"The ship still hasn't been traced." replied the speaker of the house. "We have no more data on it now than we did then."
"I know, your honour." said Galiek. "But we, do."
A louder whisper ran around the massive room, and the speaker had to call for order. "If that was so," he said when silence had been restored, "why did you not come forward sooner?"
"Because the information we have has only been gathered in the past day." retorted Galiek. "We have detected the ship in orbit around one of the planets in our space, the warworld of Raxxus Prime."
Many of the Senate members jumped to their feet in suprise, and several shouts were heard, although their content was blurred by the distance in he room.
"As yet the ship has done nothing but scan the planet's surface, the same as it did here, but we are worried." continued the Tranaran. "Ladies and Gentlemen of the Senate, this ship is armed to the teeth. It's weapon systems are far in advance of our own, and this new sighting confirms that it is not leaving. For whatever reason, it is remaining in our Galaxy and is a clear and present threat." He raised his six arms as he looked around the room, as though appealing to the Senate's many members. "If this vessel dissapears again, who knows what it will do next. My world, or one of yours, could be in danger! I make request of the Senate that we send the Republic Fleet to intercept and engage the ship, ensuring our safety, and the safety of our home worlds!"
An uproar blasted through the chamber as Galiek sat down. Virtually everyone was on their feet, all shouting at once.
The speaker had to wait a full five minites before the noise dropped low enough for him to speak. "Very well." he said when everyone finally calmed down. "We shall put the matter to a vote."
(Once again, this is not an immeadeate thing. It's mearly keeping this aspect in the story until such times as we are ready for it^^ Carry on the story just as normal.
Side note: hope I'm ok putting Raxxus in Tranaran space. I don't have a map of the Star Wars Galaxy I'm afraid ; ; let me know if anything needs changing.)
OOC: I do have a map Wraith. I think it might be post galactic civil war, but it'll still help out a little bit I think. Along with this, from the same websites, somethig was mentioned about episodes 7, 8, and 9. www.supershadow.com/
IC:Something is strange about those two. He knew they had something to do with the future. Something that might change the entire galaxy. He looked at Casira. "After months of training, I am proud to announce that you are now a Shiboku, the second stage of training. Your next target is to be Valoridian." He pulls out a lightsaber, but no ordinary lgithsaber. This one wasn't made for combat. It was a decoration piece. Something you'd show your friends after you found it or your parents gave it too you. It was a token of accomplishment
(OOC: Ah found the map, thanks SS.
I assume we're still in the dinning hall here btw)
Casira looked up from her meal in suprise. "I'm honored!" she said, smiling. "Thank you."
"Your training appears to be progressing extremely well, Miss Casira." said one of the Kaminoans, looking down on her despite being sat at the table thanks to their long necks. "Congratulations on your achivement."
Casira smiled at her. "Thanks." she replied. This Kaminoan was one of the ones assigned to be her assistants, and they had gotten to know each other during their stay. Her name was Lien-Sur, and her and Casira were now so close Casira had begun to use her as a confidante.
"Your devotion to your cause is admirable." Lien continued. "It is good that you are doing much of your training now, while you are still able."
Casira nodded slowly. "I guess I have a very powerful motive." she murmured.
Arlak Fett, sitting a little way down the table, looked up. "Yes I've noticed that." he muttered. "You sem to have a drive, a force behind you, something pushing you hard. It's very impressive!"
Casira smiled again, although this time somewhat weakly. "Thanks. I try."
Arlak sat back in his chair. "So where are you from Casira? I don't recall you telling us."
Conme jumped in quickly, smiling wryly. "I think she wants to finish her food more than anything." he joked.
Arlak grinned, but he wasn't put off. "Obviously take your time." he replied. "But I don't recall seeing your race before. Where are you from? You have any family?"
Casira wasn't smiling now. She took a deep breath and closed her eyes. "I...I'm sorry I'm not feeling well." As she stood up to leave Conme, sat next to her, put his hand on her arm, but she pulled away. As she left the room Lien-Sur also stood and followed her...
OOC: Thanks, I didn't notice that part o.O At any rate, I'll try to catch up then.
IC:
Lashar walked down the halls, his grey hood still up. He had been allowed back into the Temple, even granted pardon considering the circumstances of his betrayl and that he seemed to have it right now, even though he refused to be reinstated. He looked up at the skies of Coruscant, then to the holodisc he'd gotten recently, a copy of the news...
Waller watched Casira leave, but this was such a nice place that he didn't worry about any thing bad happening to her. He went over to Conme.
"Excuse me master Conme, but I was wondering if you had a moment?"
IC:
Lily had come back now after her exploration and went up to Alex, nervous for a bit, then just throwing caution to the winds she tapped her on the shoulder...
(OOC: Everyone on holiday or something lol? Let's not let this die, it's awesome!)
IC:
Right now she didn't want comforting.
She almost ran to her quaters, shuting and locking the door behind her. She collapsed on the bed, tears flowing freely.
She couldn't escape her past. It seemed wherever she went, however long she tried to banish the memories, they would return with a vengance. Why her?
There was a light tap at the door, and she raised her head. "Who is it?"
"Lien-Sur, Miss Casira. Are you all right?"
She closed her eyes for a moment. She didn't want to se anyone, to speak to anyone, at the moment. Still, much as she wanted to avoid it, something inside her cried out for someone to talk to...to confide in.
Slowly, hesitantly, she moved over to the door and unlocked it. "Come in."
The door swung open slowly and Lien stepped in. She watched as Casira lay back down on the bed, staring up at the cieling through watery eyes. "We are all deeply concerned about you Miss Casira." she murmured. "I'm sure Master Fett's comments were not intended. He simply is unaware of your past."
Casira closed her eyes and nodded slowly. "I know." she replied. "It's not his fault."
"Master Damil is also very concerned. I saw his face as you left. He cares for you deeply."
Casira nodded again, thinking about how she had pulled away from him when he had tried to comfort her. "I hope he doesn't hold it against me." she muttered quietly. "I...I just couldn't stay in that room."
"I doubt he would consider it an insult. He would understand." said Lien, her large black eyes fixed on Casira's face.
Casira sighed a long sigh. "Why do we suffer like this, Lien?" she said. "Why is the universe so cruel?"
"Is it not to make us stronger, Miss Casira?"
Casira looked across at the Kaminoan, a puzzled look on her face. "What?"
"It is true that you have sffered greatly," continued Lien, "but look at what you have gained fom it. Master Damil and Master Waller, two firm friends who will stand by you at any cost. Also, your personallity, as Master Fett was saying. You have become a much stronger person because of your troubles."
Casira looked thoughtful. True, here experiences had hardened her. They had given her a courage and power that she may never had descovered back home. And it was obvious that she would never have met the Sith if it wasn't for the attack. Still, it seemed a lot to go through for those gains...
"When your training is complete, you will be able to do anything you wish. You are building the foundations for a new life here, and once you are a true Sith Lord, that life will come to fruition." Lien finished.
Casira's eyes flicked back to Lien's face. A shiver still went through her spine when the term "Sith Lord" was mentioned. But Lien was right, once her training was complete and her cubs were born, a whole new chapter in her life would start!
Lien moved and sat down on the bed next to her, putting a long arm around her shoulders. "It is difficult," she murmured, "but you have your friends to help you."
Casira nodded slowly, smiling weakly at the Kaminoan. "Thank you." she whispered.
OOC: I'm back! Unfortunately, I wasn't on Holiday. Let's start this up again!
Conme walks into Casira's room and sees the tall, slender Kaminoan. "Excuse me Lien, may I have a moment alone with Casira?"
"Of course lord Damil, by all means." With that, the soft-spoken Kaminoan left the room. HE knew he had to tell her. And you could tell it too. Instead of the usual sweet sadness, there was a worry in his blue eyes.
"There's something I have to tell you Casira." He sat down on the bed and held her right hand. "I have lied to you. A group of Jedi did not kill my family, nor did the Sith. It was my brother who killed them. I never mentioned him, but I had one. He built his own lightsaber and slaughtered my whole family one night. You see, we were both training to become Jedi, but something in his mind snapped. Anyway, I gfrabbed my own lightsaber and fought him. After a while, I accidentally killed him. I didn't mean to, but it just happened. I was only 14 then. Me and my brother were very close."
A tear began to run down Conme's face. Now I think they both realized why he was Darth Sorrow.
OOC: By the way, that site wiht the map on it, well the whole site was fake!
(OOC: Welcome back SS, I was wondering where you'd gone lol. We missed you!
The site is a fake? Downer! Looked so well designed and everything. Ah well...)
IC:
Casira's eyes remained fixed on the floor for a moment, then she raised her head and looked at Conme, her eyes burning into him like diamonds.
"I'm sorry for you." she murmured. Her head was still spinning with her own problems...he mustn't have noticed, but what she said was true. She did feel for him, despite her own emotions. But one thing puzzled her...
"Why did you hide it though?" she inquired. "Why did you lie?"
(OOC: I'm on holiday for a few days all. Keep it up, and I'll catch up when I get back, hopefully Sunday^^)
OOC:I'm still hanging around. I'm short on time right now though, and will make a post tomorrow.
ooc:ditto. I'm just waiuting for a moment where I can interact with someone.
Waller had just walked into his sleeping chamber, when he noticed that someone had left him a message on his personal holoproj. Only one man knew Waller's contact code, Chonai Striken! He ran over and clicked it on. A hologram image of Striken appeared in front of him.
"Waller," he came through, "I hope this message reaches you for I have rather disturbing news. I've ran into some trouble on Corellia. Apparently someone has decided to collect the bounty on my head. It turns out this one man had an army to back him up. Now I'm hiding from them, but it won't be long before they find me. My lightsabers has mysteriously malfunctioned, and my force powers are exhausted along with my physical body. There is a slim chance of survival, and I wanted to tell you that if you don't hear from me within a month Conme will know what to do. May the rest of your li-"
The transmission was cut short. Somehting had happened just then. Without a second thought Waller grabbed the holoproj and went to find Conme.
He found him in Cassira's chamber.
"Sorry to intrude, but I've got somehting to tell you." Waller said to Conme.
He played back the message so the sith lord could see. Waller turned it off after the message ended, and looked at Conme with a puzzled look.
TBC
(OOC: I'm back^^)
IC:
Casira's question was cut short by a knock at the door, but she didn't really mind. Conme didn't seem well enough to answer right now anyway.
"Come in." she called.
It was Waller, and he had a holoprojector with him. "Sorry to intrude, but I've got somehting to tell you." the translation droid said as the Wookie stepped up to them.
He held up the projector and the message played out in front of them.
Casira's eyes widened as she watched. Striken really did look haggered and tired out! As the message ended abruptly she brought her hands to her mouth, muttering "Master Striken...!" to herself...
OOC: MY RETURN! I'm back. A little busy with other things at the moment so keep it alive, okay guys? If you have any questions or concerns, my AIM is sprks755.
(OOC: lol welcome back SS, I was wondering where you had got to^^
Ok We'll try to keep it going^^ Come back soon though man! lol
Egg, I'll put in a bit for Waller/Conme/Casira so we can carry on.
Anyone seen Gerbil or Bunny recently? I hope no one minds, but until they return I'll intro a temp character so that Cy has something to do...if he goes well I may keep him, but I don't wanna take over the RP or anything lol.
SS, you may wanna message the other two to see if they're still here.)
IC:
For a moment there was silence. Casira looked across at Conme, but the Sith still seemed destracted by his emotions. She turned back to Waller.
"What was he doing?" she asked. "What was his mission?"
============================================================
"Strainge, isn't it."
Lashar looked up, suprised, at the voice. Turning, he saw a man stood a little way behind him, leaning against the frame of one of the large windows. His hair was jet black, slicked back to his head and reaching the bottom of his neck. He wore a neatly trimmed goatee of the same color. He was thin, and of average height, and his face was thin and a little bony. His eyes were a light brown, and seemed to glow as the orange sky reflected in them.
He wore the traditional short Jedi robes, but made of a soft, silky material. They were red, with dark orange and green colors forming an intricate pattern along the edges.
Lashar looked him up and down a moment, before replying: "Excuse me?"
"The news." replied the figure, nodding towards the holoprojector in Lashar's hand. "That strainge ship, appearing and dissapearing, no one knows what it is..."
Before Lashar could reply, the strainger stood up straight and stepped forward, extending his hand. "Lashar isn't it?" he asked. "My name is Braxxon...Braxxon Lei."
OOC: yay!
IC: Lashar, sensing no real danger, returned the gesture. "Yes...quite odd. The ship doesn't seem to be doing much, yet the entire Republic's in an uproar."
Braxxon nodded slowly. "People fear the unknown," he replied quietly, "and this is about as unknown as you can get."
Lashar narrowed his eyes slightly. "Is there...a reason that you've..."
Braxxon grinned. "Straight to the point, hm? I like that in people." He folded ins arms and nodded. "You're right though. I bring a message from the Jedi Council. They want to speak to you, I believe it's something about this ship."
OOC: Sorry but I've been ill, still not right so hang on in there I WILL BE BACK!
After viewing the message from Striken he began to worry. Of all people, Striken. He was the closest thing to an older brother Conme had. "Waller, get your new lightsaber." He turned to Casira. "Go request large ammounts of Bacta from one of the local Kaminoans, and pack, but only the essentials. This should be a short journey."
He walked out and went into his room. He started to undress. Looking at the scars all over his body in the in the mirror, he remembered the day that ruined his life. Something sticks out in his mind from that day. A little girl. Beautiful little girl, slaughtered by his insane older brother. The worst part was that his older brother isn't dead. He's still out there slaughtering innocent people.
He wouldn't be surprised to see his brother soon. Maybe he was on Corellia. Maybe he's responsible for Striken's condition. Maybe he is the supposed bounty hunter, luring Conme into a trap.
So many things to think about. so many possibilities. So many things happening at once.
The translator droid was flying about trying to keep up with the three. Waller grunted out a response for the earlier question.
"Casira," he began, "Master Striken was after a Jedi known as Jackx Malo. From what he told me, Striken and Malo were childhood friends. They joined the council together, and trained together. They became rivals, each one wanting to outdo the other one. After Master Striken left the council Jackx Malo swore an oath to bring Chonai Striken to justice! Striken also made an oath, he swore to someday engage in combat with Malo to determine who was the best. Malo had no intention on duing this, so he placed the bounty on Striken's head. There really is alot more to this, but we're short on time. I'll tell you the rest later. The sole reason Striken is hurt is because of the bounty, which leads back to Malo. So Malo is somewhat responsible."
Waller parted and went into his room to pack his things. The first thing he grabbed was his new lightsaber, everything else came second. After he gathered his things he made his way to the others.
TBC
Casira made the request of the Kaminoans, then moved back to her room to pack. It was a shame...she didn't want to leave. But they had to help Stricken any way they could!
Lien was helping her pack. "I hope you find Master Stricken okay. If he is injured please feel free to bring him here. We will do everything we can for him.
Casira nodded. "Thanks. Hopefully it won't come to that."
Lien fixed her large black eyes on her. "Are you sure you will be all right in your condition, Miss Casira? I understand you wish to assist your friends, but the mission may be dangerous. I would hate for anything to happen to you."
Casira paused her packing and smiled warmly at her. "I'll be okay Lien." she replied. "I have Conme and Waller with me."
Lien nodded slowly. "As you wish. I do hope that you will visit us again sometime in the near future. I have very much enjoyed your stay."
Casira's eyes began to fill at this. "So have I, Lien! Thanks for all your hospitallity! I don't know what I would have done without you and the others!" They embraced a moment, then Casira left the room and set of toward the landing pad. As she went she looked around longingly. She would never forget this place.
But at least she still had her two traveling companions. Waller, brave and loyal friend...she couldn't help but think of him as cute, somehow. He was great to have around!
And of course, her father (She blinked in supprise as she thought it. The word "father" had come automatically!) and mentor, Conme. He cared for her like a daughter, and she respected him too. He was the main one who had helped her through her memories and emotions. She owed him such a debt.
She arrived at the landing platform as the Kaminoans were loading the last of the Bacta tanks into the ship's cargo holds. Conme and Waller were overseeing the loading, and she stepped over to them.
"I'm ready when you two are."
"I'll go set the coordinates." He walked into the ship and sat down to the main computer and set course for Corellia.
He knew his brother was there. He knew it was a trap. He was starting to question bringing Casira and Waller with them. If anything happened to them, Casira especially, he would never forgive himself.
