hey, Aaron, mind hurrying up? If Im late for work again, Ill get fired!
Yeah, yeah, hold your horses. The mid-twenties man shouted out, running from his home through the open front door and onto the paved steps etched in circles that dotted around the garden to the driveway.
The sprinklers were active on this warm summer day, working excruciatingly to keep the dry and wearied grass fresh and alive. Aaron was blond and well shaven, suited in a black, expensive suit. In his left hand was his briefcase, his right, car keys. Aaron swung his right hand upwards, and with a couple of clicks, two resulting beeps emanated from the Nissan Altima car, indicating that the doors were now newly unlocked.
About time, geez. Aarons accomplice replied. His name was Joe, and compared to Aaron himself, was a complete contrast. Joe was much larger and had a noticeable girth, and his appearance was less well kept. He wore a stained, sweaty and stretched lime t-shirt, and dusty jeans.
Its isnt my fault that you decided to sleep in so many times. Aaron replied, sighing as he checked the rear-view mirror, ensuring that the driveway was clear.
Eh, what can I say, I feel a lack of motivation to usually go. Joe replied.
But youve got the motivation to get up early today. Aaron shot a weary glance to his friend. Joe simply shrugged in response.
Cmon already, lets just go! Joe shouted out, and with another hefty sigh, Aaron reversed out of the driveway and onto the street, before driving off to their respective work places.
-----------
The early morning sun shone out across the city streets of Los Angeles. Even now, the sounds of beeping horns could be heard throughout the many streets, and it was a new day for the bustling city.
So, Joe, ever thought about getting another job then, if you complain so much about the one youve got? Aaron asked, his eyesight concentrated on the road ahead. He slowed down, as the vehicle came to a beaming red traffic light.
New reports have now came in of other sightings of the strange figures that have been known to have plague the country of Japan earlier this month. The cause and explanation of these strange beings, that leave The radio droned out.
Ah, buddy, you know theres nothing else out there thatd employ a waste like me. Joe relaxed in the seat. If there was, Id have got it.
Youre not trying hard enough. The lights turned green. Put more effort into searching. The Nissan slowly picked up pace and moved forwards again.
Government officials have yet to offer their own evidence or a report on the strange phenomenon, which has since left various rural and off coast businesses and factories in ruins. Some speculate terrorist activity, but nothing concrete has been proven. However
I have, I have. Joe shook his head from side to side, trying to dismiss the conversation and instead replace it with something that didnt focus on his own personal shortcomings. You youve got it easy, man. I mean, look at yourself! Business executive
Because I worked hard to get it. I didnt fumble about in university, and sit on my lazy ass all day. Aaron smirked back.
Ouch. You really know how to hurt a guy. Joe was quick to respond, his tone sarcastic. As the car carried on, they passed a large building decorated by a billboard. It was advertising a new variation of the Coca-Cola soft drink with a suggestive picture of a highly glamorous woman. Joe stared out at this, but hardly paid attention. His eyes then wandered around the rest of the street, the other cars and taxis which littered the road and the shuffling people that always seemed to be moving on the paths either side. Why couldnt people just slow down, and relax? Life was never that easy, unfortunately.
one such area which has been hit by, what is a reported as giant, monstrous shapes, was the offshore oil rig on San Francisco. Reports of what the shapes were, however, vary from person to person. Witnesses have, however commented on that these shapes seemed to have literally picked up storages on the oil rig, before leaving. These types of instances have not just happened in areas like
Man, can you turn that off and put some decent music on? I dont want to have be more depressed by whats going on in the world. Other peoples problems arent mine. Joe complained.
Aaron took a moment to look at Joe, glaring. However, he too himself, agreed. Aaron turned the knob on the radio, and the station flitted from the boring, ordinary newscaster to static, before a classical music station (much to Joes digress), before static once more and finally a rock music station. It was a welcome taste to the modern music that was going about! No, this was the genuine, good, 80s rock music. Just as how rock music was supposed to be.
Dont get too comfortable, were almost at your stop. Aaron spoke aloud.
Aww, man, dont depress me. Cant a guy just rock out? Joe responded, glumly.
Not when theyve got work, no, they cant Aarons trail of thought was rudely interrupted as his attention was asserted right to the road before him once more. The cars that were once in front of him had now vanished, and a second later a crashing noise shuddered the entire area. It took Aaron a moments realization to see that the cars hadnt vanished per se, just been mass relocated or changed. Most of them had been crushed into the concrete road, others were now discarded either into the other, oncoming traffic side of the street, or twisted upside down on the pavement. A couple were even piled on top of one another. One more, was lodged firmly within the side of a building itself, it's chassis having penetrated the glass, and the remains of it hanging five stories above the ground.
What is that?! Joe shouted out, pointing forwards to the centre of the chaos before them. It was giant, mass of black, with avrious shapes extending out of it. In all essence, this strange form which stood before Joe and Aaron, and everyone else within the street, resembled a giant, black, Puma.
The Puma turned what resembled a head to them and the street in that direction. Two pockets of light that came from this head glowed, and then, the head turned in the direction where it had just come from. Slowly, its head turned back towards the street, and a slow, but gradually loudening growl erupted from the beast. The noise caused everyone to grab their ears in pain.
The Puma darted down the street, anything and everything in its way inconsequential. Vehicles were shattered and destroyed or blown away by what was the Pumas legs, as it began to achieve an unbelievable sense of speed. Before Aaron or Joe could vacate their car or do much of anything else, the roof of it was caved in and collapsed upon them as the Pumas foot crushed it. This Puma, whatever the menacing figure really was, continued to turn its massive head behind it. In fear of something that was behind it, chasing it even. But what it was could not be properly identified by the terrified onlookers. In fact, their attention was in fact diverted to the carnage erupting amidst them, that they could do nothing to prevent it.
Onlookers were prone to seeing a lone, undamaged vehicle left in the streets behind the creature. The vehicle was a Police Car. This alone, might have been a sigh of relief, less worry for the oblivious pedestrians. However, one fact that escaped them was this: The police car had no driver. Yet, it managed to turn and follow the Puma, even avoid the debris of damaged husks of cars and vans perfectly as it gave chase.
This vehicle was certainly More then Meets the Eye.
Ravage a low hum escaped the patrol car.
-----------
The monster had torn through downtown Los Angeles, leaving a path of turmoil and devastation in its wake. Authorities were unable to contain it, and its last seen whereabouts was the Los Angeles harbour where it vanished into the sea. Police and other emergency services are unable to as yet give a statement of what the creature actually was.
"Rescue services are underway to contain the destruction caused by the monsters destruction and rescue any potential survivors. Death Toll is estimated to be within the 1000-2000 region
The news report was shown not only throughout the whole of America, but rather the world. It, along with many other such tragedies across the world, was the marking and beginning of a new, desperate conflict
OOC: Okay, so then this is a Transformers RP. Yes, yes, Im sure nobody ever expected one of these to pop up, eh? And Im not sure about what the success of such an RP will be like, but theres no harm in trying. Im sorry the intro post was as long as it was, but I thought at least a minimal explanation of the setting and scenery to the storyline was necessary such as this.
Anyway, as it is this RP isnt governed by any previous storylines or types of Transformers, so don't feel limited to have to know anything. In fact, you do not have to use existing characters (of which you could, from any series if wished), but rather you can create and establish your own characters. In fact, virtually nothing is needed to be known about Transformers at all, other then right here and now, they are giant robots with the ability to transform and disguise themselves into various, everyday shapes and machines, or monsters even. This can include, but is not limited to; cars, planes, weapons, etc.
The Transformers are split into two factions, the heroic Autobots and the evil Decepticons. Just how these beings arrived on our planet Earth will be revealed as the RP progresses. At this point, although the Transformers have arrived on Earth and already begun making some of their exploits none, humans are still in the dark about what these beings are, and are only able to receive jaded reports of strange monsters attacking areas. To that degree, when you create a character, bare in mind the possibility of lack of knowledge.
To which I can also say, feel free to create a character that is an Autobot, a Decepticon, or even a Human! You also do not need to be limited to the setting of Los Angeles either, in fact the whole world is the Transformers' playpen! Bear in mind though that when creating characters and inserting them in the RP, think about interactivity, and how it might be easier to insert a character to where another character might already be.
And lastly, but most importantly, remember to have fun! I want people to stretch their imaginations here.
OOC: Do you honestly think I would turn this one down. question tohugh. We can join as pre existing chracters right? Stupid quesiton but I tohugh I'd ask.
(OOC: Nice idea Pach! I don't know much at all about Transformers, but I like them...I read any comic and watch every TV show about them I can^^ This looks awesome!)

Tokyo, 3:24 AM Local Time
Despite being early morning, Tokyo was far from asleep. The city still hummed to the sound of early morning traffic, and the Bullet Trains still roared through the city center at their breakneck speeds, ferrying the few passengers to their destinations.
But at night, Tokyo wasn't just renouned for it's buisyness.
With a screech of tires, the car, a Toyota Supra, skidded down the ramp and onto the ring road leading round the city. It's lime green paint with bright red stickers gleamed in the streetlamps as it charged down the highway, dodging traffic with expert precision.
Inside, a thin Japaneese man of 26 was sat at the wheel. He was Takashi Maneko, one of the world's best street racers and champion of the city! Throughout the streetracing underworld in Tokyo his name was a legend, and many were calling him unbeatable!
Now, looking at his quick, shallow breathing and his frequent glances into the mirror, it was quite clear that he was scared. He's still there! he thought, looking in his mirror at the golden headlights behind. I can't shake him!
How wierd was that: The gang were getting together, preparing for a good night's racing, when some dude pulls up nearby in one of the hottest Nissan Skylines he'd ever seen! The car was all midnight, metallic black, with blacked out windows, gold, multi-spoke alloys, and gold under-car neons and headlights! Takashi could tell by the sound of the engine that it was seriously tuned...twinturbo, racing exhaust...boy, what he wouldn't give to get a look under the hood!
But he never got the chance. The newcomer had just wound the window down slighty, not enough to see in, and asked (curiously enough in a very English accent) for a race! Under normal circumstances he wouldn't have gone for it, but there was something so wierd, so strainge about the whole affair that he had agreed, betting no less than $250 US dollars on it! He had expected the guy to be some kind of punk with more money than sence, easily smoked...
Flame burst from the Skyline's exhaust as it screamed through traffic, steadily gaining on the green Supra. The track was from the dockyards, round the city on the ring road, and beck to the docks, and the docks were the next exit!
Takashi gritted his teeth and jabbed the button on his steering wheel, and instantly the roar of the car's engine jumped to new heights as nitrus blasted into the engine! Glancing in the mirror again, he laughed as he saw the yellow headlights rapidly receading into the distance. "So long, sucker!" he shouted in Japaneese.
He was going so fast he barely made the turn off the highway, but with careful use of the handbrake he managed to slide all the way around the long curve, his tires smoking with the movement. Stomping the accelerator again, he raced into the dockyards towards the abandonned pier his gang used as a meeting place. Another loser smoked, more money in the bank...he was happy.
He didn't see the rapidly approaching headlights until it was too late!
With a deafening roar the Skyline flashed past, it's circular taillights blurred into lines by the speed! Takashi's mouth dropped open! How did he...?
He increased the pressure on the accelerator, willing his car to go faster, but he was already maxed out! The Supra was tuned, but that Skyline was a beast! More smoke filled the air as both cars roared round the last few corners, weaving between warehouses on the docks one after the other, but all the time, Takashi was falling behind more and more...
The Skyline's breaklights flared as it screeched to a stop by the abandoned pier. Lined up along the pier were several other cars, the drivers stood in a group nearby, and their mouths dropped open as they saw Takashi skidding to a halt behind the challenger!
Takashi jumped out, slamming the door of his car in anger. He stepped up to the Skyline and tried to open the door, but it was locked. The window opened a fraction again, and the voice spoke: "Good race, my friend. Nice driving!"
"Shut up...just SHUT UP!" spat Takashi, trying to peer through the gap of the window. "You got lucky man! You aren't gonna pull that off again!"
"Maybe...maybe. I'm afraid we'll have to wait to find out though. I'm due to ship out for Los Angeles tonight."
Takashi gave up trying to see into the car and pulled a wad of notes out of his pocket. "Okay, fine! Take your money!" he shouted, stuffing the ammount into the window of the car. "Just who are you anyway man???"
"Call me Fusion." replied the voice evenly. "If I get the chance once I'm done in the US, I'll come back and we can race again, bud. Be seeing you." The window closed, the rear tires of the car spun in a burnout, and the Skyline roared off through the docks, golden neons glowing brightly.
============================================================
The car climbed back onto the highway and sped off towards the airport. Inside, beneath the blacked-out windows, the steering wheel turned to avoid traffic...on it's own!
A voice filled the car, the same, English-accented voice as before, only this time speaking in it's accent tongue. "Fusuion to Shockwave, I'm on my way now brother. Hope you weren't waiting for me."
"Finally!" replied a voice over a radio. "I never understood your fascination for racing...we have better things to be doing here Fusion!"
"It's the excitement, Shock." replied Fusion, his voice sounding like he was grinning, although there was no face to grin with. "Besides, the money could come in handy. Who knows when I'll have to transport myself around the world without your help? I may need to pay for myself."
"Whatever." muttered the voice on the other end. Just get here quick as you can."
(OOC: Hope that's ok^^ As I said, I don't know very much about TFs. Let me know if anything needs changing^^
Oh, and just for the record, this (front) and this (back) is the type of car I'm talking about (images are not mine, credit to whoever took them)^^)
OOC: Any pre-existing characters from any TF series is available to use, Trans, since this really is it's own little story disconnected from any other TF series. You could create your own Transformers character if you wished, as well.
IC later.
OOC:
Sounds like fun!
Okay my character is from Beasties/Beast Wars. A Transformers Spin-Off in the 90's.
IC:
Tarantulas groggily got up from the ground. "Where am I?" he asked himself aloud as "blinked" (which basically constituted him turning off his eye-lights and visual). He began scanning the area with his optic sensors, trying to get a bearing for where he was. In the distance he could see a large wooden structure, clearly of Human-make. It was red in colour and had white-lining.
"A traditional human barn," Tarantulas ran his fingerings along his chin. "I must be in the modern-era of Earth." Tarantulas laughed. "How interesting..." he mused, setting out towards the large human structure.
OOC:
I hope that was okay >_>;. This is my first RP here. If you want me to add more on just say so, sir.
OOC: Here it goes. I'll start using my fav chracter Thundercracker, if thats ok. He's Generation 1 btw.
IC:
The deep blue jet roared over the country side. Hehe, these humans will be just to easy to destroy. On his HUD energon levels blinked to 15%, indictating time to return to base. Ah well, betetr get back or ole' Megatron and Starscream will in a bad. Not that they aren't always in such a mood...
OOC: About the HUD, feel free with it. Theres no offical picture of waht it displays, and it varies depending on who draws in it. sorry if thats a short intro post btw.
-somewhere on the highway near LA-
The massive rig rumbled down the highway.
"Breaker breaker, this is rubber duck, come in,"
"I read you, rubber duck. This is Convoy, over."
"Grapevine says there's creature problems ahead. I'm pullin' back now, you shoulddo the same, over."
"Negative, good buddy. This cargo's gotta get there, and it's gotta get there."
"...10-4, good buddy."
"10-4, rubber duck."
The red paint on the rig gleamed in the sunlight...
OOC: Cool, i'm in!
IC: A deep green motorboat sped across the water until it reached the area of the beach, where it suddenly turned off, going left to reach its hidden dock. On the way over, it heard - for it is a Transformer- some of this planet's natives talking. "Did you hear about the incident in Los Angeles? Some mechanical... thing, someone called it, went ramaging about."
"Wow!"
Hmm... thought the boat. "Sounds interesting. 'Con attacks, maybe. Should be fun to go get 'em." He drove into his secret hut, and then transformed into his second alternate mode- a blue stealth plane. "Look out Los Angeles, here comes Sidewinder!"
Meanwhile, one of the humans who Sidewinder had overheard was worried. "My brother lives in Los Angeles," he said. "I'd better go over there to see him... I might as well go today, I'll head home to get my stuff ready, then go. See ya soon, I'll call ya!"
"Bye! Hope he's okay!" his friend replied.
OOC: Nice work, guys. A great mix of already established characters and some nicely done personal made characters. ">
Alright, I apologise that this is another long post but it's neccessary. It explains the backstory of how these Transformers got to Earth (because it isn't identical to other series, like G1 or Armada) and it also helps explain the situation of the Decepticons and Autobots, namely the lack of energy between them and the Autobot's undermanned forces.
IC:
The Puma creature had continued to sink within the depths of the sea. It moved away from its position from Los Angeles, heading further within the North Pacific Ocean, its slithers of light that formed eyes projecting the way forwards for itself.
Its name was Ravage, and he was a Decepticon. The Decepticons were one half of a sentient race of machines not from this world, machines with the ability to transform from a robot mode, to a secondary, or even thirdly, form. The second mode of transformation was usually done so in order for disguise purposes, so that they could easily blend in with the natives of this planet. And, his allegiance to the Decepticons, meant that his role, and the role of the rest of the Decepticons, was conquest.
These machines were not of this planets origin. Instead, their home was that of a distant planet within a far away galaxy, that of Cybertron. It was here, on this metallic planet, eons ago, peace had reigned. Yet, 60 million years ago, this peace had been shattered by one figure, who sought more then the simple life style, and rather desired conquest, to rule. And this figure sparked the creation of the evil Decepticons.
In retaliation to this, the remainder of the peaceful population sought a means with which to prevent the Decepticons subjugation of power, and to save their own lives. Through this, the other aspect of the Transformer species had been created, and they were called the Autobots. Civil war reigned through the last 60 million years across the planet of Cybertron, as members of both sides were inexplicably killed, and damage itself was being caused to Cybertron.
The destruction of Cybertron itself made it evidently noticeable to the beings who lived upon it. The civil war had once caused such a tremendous amount of force that it pushed the planet off its orbit, and now moved forwards throughout space. And not only this, but the planet itself, subject to the millions of years of fighting, was dying.
An Autobot shuttle, dubbed the Ark, and filled with the most courageous members of the Autobot army, was sent forth in order to acquire raw materials from a nearby planet, as Cybertron passed through its solar system, in the hope that it could at last turn the tide in what was a stalemate against their Decepticon foes. Yet, this shuttle was intercepted by a Decepticon flagship under the name of Nemesis, and aboard it, too, was the strongest forces of the Decepticon army.
This occurred 4 million years. Within the Sol System, the two flagships of the Decepticons and Autobots fought, but both were heavily damaged, and most crashed down into the nearest planet available. A prehistoric Earth. It was there, that the two ships had separated and crashed down, the Ark into an dormant volcano somewhere on land, upon the mysterious Earth, and the Nemesis having sunk into the depths of the blue planets oceans. The crash had damaged not only both ships and their ability to fly as well, but also deactivated, and sent into a deep sleep, all of the inhabitants of both ships.
Whilst in space, the wayward Cybertron had continued past on its voyage, and the champions that had been sent from it failing to return. The civil war continued, but the situation, of whether it had ended or not, if a side had won or not, remained oblivious to these sleeping giants.
4 million years passed. Two, separate occasions reactivated both teams, of Autobots and Decepticons. The Decepticon ship was the first to have been awakened by an underwater earthquake, which had rocked and shuddered the ship into activation once more. The ships repair droids sought to repair the dormant Decepticons within.
And lo and behold, the Decepticons were awakened once more. Under the leadership of the mighty Megatron, the self-same Decepticon who had sparked the civil war all those millions of years ago, the Decepticons had spread out across the world to acquire enough raw energy from the planet in order to reactivate their fallen ship. Their belief was that the Autobots had been destroyed forever in the crash, yet this was not to be.
The Arks systems were reactivated by the eruption of the once dormant volcano, and its own repair droids were set to work. However there were no remaining Autobot champions within the Ark. They had all seemingly vanished. In truth, the bodies of them, the bravest fighters, and the Autobots leader, Optimus Prime, had already, years ago, been excavated and taken. By whom, was unknown.
Luckily enough, though, the Ark, in its fall 4 million years ago, it had been split apart into various sections. Smaller pieces crash landed across the world with a small number of Autobot survivors, these too being deactivated. Small in number, however, the Arks reactivation within the volcano also reactivated these small wreckages to be reawakened as well. The Autobots within them were active once more, and they too, alike the Decepticons, were now stranded upon a strange and puzzling world.
The Autobots were outnumbered, but they too realized that the Decepticons had to be stopped, no matter what the cost. It was evident through the various news reports that they were able to hear, that the Decepticons too had awoke, and were seemingly stealing sources of raw energy for their own purposes. Not only did they need to stop them, but they had also needed to rescue their disappeared Autobot brethren that had mysterious vanished from the main section of the Ark itself.
Upon this new planet, both the Autobots and Decepticons realized the value of adopting newer secondary forms in order to blend in with the machines of the world. Therefore, their bodies were newly crafted with the ability to transform into vehicles, weapons, and other devices that existed within this world. Through this disguise, they were more then meets the eye.
But that was a month ago, and for Ravage, he was too fixated on his current mission, to report to his master, about what had just happened to him. He continued to swim, further down into the depths of the sea, and finally, there before him, was what he sought.
The ruined structure of the Nemesis! The Decepticons fortress and stronghold, it was here that they planned their own desires, and it was here where they retreated to once their energy levels reached dangerously low.
A hatch opened, and Ravage swam into it. The hatch closed behind him, and then, in this small room, the water within it began to drain, until finally, Ravage was able to stand upon the faded purple metal floor. The door before him then opened, and he entered it.
It took the Puma not long to reach his destination, the command centre of the base, where his master, and several other of the most faithful Deceptioncs resided. Within the giant control chair, sat a large, silver robot. His legs were enormous, painted black, and his face was indeed curved, almost alike a centurion helmet. Upon his right arm resided a large device, his mighty fusion cannon. His posture within the chair, was initially of one that looked rather bored. But, with ravages presence, he was newly interested.
You have returned, Ravage, at long last. I trust your mission was a success? Megatron asked.
Ravage hung his head low somewhat, before raising it again. I was able to enter the power plant of the fleshing humans undercover, however I was routed by an Autobot, and before my mission was complete, I had to flee.
What?! Megatron shouted in a booming voice. Ravage was a stealth operative, and for him to have to flee, whilst not completing his mission it almost seemed in-comprehendible. You dare to return to me with failure?! Why did you not destroy the Autobot?
My power reserves were already dangerously low, and I could not be able to battle with him, and make it back here active. Ravage reported.
Megatron looked towards him, then nodded. Ravage was a useful operative and he couldnt afford to lose him just yet. Their current energy crisis made work slow and difficult, and quite irritable as well. For them, they had to resort to hit and run tactics upon the Earths energy sources, and that in itself, for the Decepticons, was almost embarrassing.
But it had to be done. Ravages failure this time would be accepted.
I understand. Transform, and report what you have acquired already. Megatron commanded. Ravage complied, and his robot form, of the Puma, transformed into his secondary disguise mode. That of a tape cassette. He was inserted into one of the Nemesis various input devices, and the report which had had stored was played out to the rest of the Decepticons present.
------------
The patrol car was parked silently along the harbour of Los Angeles, unmoving. The actual being himself, was in deep consideration as he weighed up the many options that were present to him. He could, of course, go down, look for Ravage and see where it was the Decepticon had vanished to, but that would be an unwise course of action. His secondary form, the patrol car, which made it easier for him to conserve fuel, would not be helpful in the ocean, and his robot mode would not be helpful at all. His energy supplies were low, and if he went looking for Ravage, it was likely he would simply deactivate and be nothing more then a large metal corpse on the bottom of the sea, and that would achieve nothing.
He would have to return and report to the rest of the Autobots available, where he had crashlanded being only another 5 Autobots. The Arks Autobots had all vanished, and their location was still a mystery to him. But, he and the other Autobots that were activated, they needed them. They needed the extra support and the leadership of Optimus Prime, for, on their own, they stood little chance of being able to defeat the Decepticons. There was simply too many of them.
The patrol car started up, and then, slowly at first, but increasing its pace, began to leave to where the other Autobots had been located.
Tarantulas set out across the barren landscape, in his motor-cycle mode. (Which was really just his beast mode with a pair of wheels attached.)
Dodging under debris and over tree-tops, Tarantulas landed in the middle of the farmyard. "Tarantulas... Terrorize!" he yelled, transforming into his robot mode.
"Hey, you." a tall man wearing a strawhat and brandishing a large shot-gun. "Whatever you are..."
Tarantulas turned to him. "How amusing, a primitve human and his primitive human weapon." Tarantulas giggled.
"This things loaded," the farmer growled pointing it at the robot.
"Oh, I'm sure it is." Tarantulas laughed, pulling out a large launcher gun and aiming it at the farmer.
The farmer pulled the trigger on his own gun, firing it at the mechanical spider. Tarantulas dodged to the left on the ground and fired his weapon at the farmer.
The farmer became wrapped in the webbing as Tarantulas got up. The sound of sirens echoing behind him.
"I called the authorities before I came out here, monster, you're in big trouble." he grinned.
Tarantulas laughed. "I don't think so!" transforming back into his motorcycle mode, he set out across the large country rode, a pair of police cars in hot pursuit.
He quickly arrived in the city of Los Angeles, the two cars still behind him. Perhaps he was drawing too much attention to himself...
It didn't take Fusion long to reach the Tokyo airport, but before he pulled off the highway into the parking lot, he took a turn off the road, dissapearing into the trees at the side of the highway. The uneven surface would do nothing for the suspension of his car form...no sooner had he left the road than he transformed, performing a neat flip in mid air to allow him to land on his feet, losing no momentum from his car form as he began to run through the trees.
His normal form was only small, smaller than the car form. He was humanoid, but with a long, smooth, mouthless head that swept back in an unbroken arc to a small metal crest at the back of his skull. His frame was only lightly armoured, built more for speed than strength, and as such was quite thin and streamlined. The metal was black, but two golden yellow eyes glowed at the very front of his long head, and yellow power conduits, glowing like the neons of his car form, meshed across his skin, embedded into the metal surface.
He ran fast, so fast he had passed through the forest and was approaching the fence of the airport in seconds! As he approached, he jumped, launching himself into the air and clearing the eight foot plus fence with ease! Landing, despite his weight, with very little sound, he quickly turned and ran parralel to the fence, making for a currently closed area of the airport. One of the runways had been shut down for maintanence and all the hangers had been evacuated...a perfect hiding place for an upwardly mobile robot to hide out while his ally was on recon!
He reached the hangers and paused, looking round. "Okay Shock." he called, his synthesized voice echoing around the empty area. "Let's go!"
"About time you showed up!" Fusion span round, peering into the darkness of one of the larger hangers, as a large black form slowly advanced from the shadows. The few floodlights that were still opperational in this deserted area picked out the smooth, sleek form of the engines and wings, the agressive lines of the tailfins. The plane was an SR-71, codenamed "Blackbird", one of the fastest jets in existance.
Fusion folded his metal arms. "Oh, can the lectures, motherboard!" he retorted, his voice humerous. Had his face allowed him, he would have grinned. "I managed to confirm our info while I was gone...there's definitely major activity in, as the Humans call it, "L.A." I'm willing to bet there's an Autobot cell there, and if so, who knows...maybe Optimus will be there too!"
"If Optimus really is opperational, how come we haven't heard from him yet?" retorted the plane wearily. "It shouldn't take that long to repair the Ark's communications grid, surely!"
"You seem determined to have him dead!"
"It's not that! All I'm saying is we need to be prepared for anything! We haven't had contact with any of our kind since activation...you of all bots should know it's not through lack of trying...I'm losing count of how many countries we've visited! All I'm saying is don't get your hopes up too soon!"
Fusion cocked his head to the side. "Are we gonna talk all night or are we gonna fly to LA?"
Shockwave let out an audible sigh. "Climb aboard."
Fusion gathered his limbs beside himself, compacting his body into as small a space as possible, and climbed into the cotpit of the SR-71, slotting himself in like a piece of a jigsaw. There was just enough room for him after the modifications Shockwave had made...fortunately comfort wasn't an issue.
The Blackbird taxied over to one of the inactive runways and accelerated, it's two jet engines roaring into life! It left the ground and climbed into the night sky, still accelerating to it's impressive speed! Air trafic control Tokyo were completely oblivious...another of Shockwave's small modifications. Primative Human radar was so easy to block.
In Toyko an candy apple red super car sat there. Next to it was another black super car which was sporting flame grpahics on the hood and sides.. "Well Speedster you think you can catch me?" it said. "You're funny Demon." Speedster's radar flickered for a moment. What the...? Next thing he knew the black deception con was gone, making Speedster race off in pursuit.
OOC: Thundercracker will eventually return. Speedster is a Koenisegg CCR while Demon is a Buggati EB 16.4 Veyron. I'll put up a pic eventually.
OOC: *looks at post* does this mean I can't play Convoy?
OOC: Looks fun, hope it isn't too late to join
IC:
There was a clatter as something white pelted through the streets of Los Angeles, moving as fast as a car but with slightly less than half the size, it turned into and alleyway and leapt to a wall, mettalic claws digging into the brickwork and allowing her to gain purchase enough to propell herself up to the roof. Not so crowded.
Pausing to get her bearings Windrunner observed the city, the trail of devastation where Ravage had passed was clearly visible here.
A woman looked out her window to yell down to a child in the street and spied something white on the roof opposite her.
She screamed drawing the large white wolf's attention.
She was about the size of a large motorbike and pure white, her blue eyes fell upon the woman and she relaxed. The usual worry.
Sighing to herself she practially flew off the roof, hitting the ground gracefully and darting away towards the dock, she had to catch up with the police car that was tailing the puma...
OOC: Hope that was okay.
OOC: I've always wanted to be in a transformers RP! 😛
IC:
Eternity crouched low in an alleyway, her black tiger fur criss crossed with white stripes slowly turned the same colour as the wall behind her as she entered stealth mode. She didn't want to be mistaken for Ravage, there was no point following, her large form provided her with a tough armour and a strong punch or swipe but wasn't the best for speed. It was best to wait for contact and find out what had happened.
OOC: Sorry about the short intro but I'm pressed for time.
OOC: Yes. Sorry to say, but it means you cannot play as Prime.
IC:
Prowl was deeply concerned. The fact that the Decepticons had their base located in an area which enabled them such valuable protection was worrying, and as it was, not even his sensors would be able to pick up the sunken vessel. All he, and the other Autobots he was with could do right now, was wait for another Decepticon attack, and hopefully, luckily enough theyd be able to trail the Decepticons right to where their base was.
Prowls movement was slow, deliberating, his thoughts elsewhere on the matter. So much so, that he wasnt even paying attention to his whereabouts. A set of traffic lights clearly marked that the vehicles on the street he was on were to stop, but instead, he carried on moving forwards. He was fortunate enough that the oncoming traffic saw the patrol car, and braked in time, preventing an accident. However, despite the screeching tyres, Prowls focus on his own thoughts was not broken, and he remained distant from the real world.
Until his sensors picked up a nearby being not from this world, another Cybertronian, heading towards him! He instantly swerved around the nearby corner and then braked, taking up cover from the building that was there. He turned around quickly, and edged forwards from the building just enough so that his sensors would be able to identify who it was that was coming towards him, and hopefully so that this Transformer, if it was an enemy, would not be able to see him.
It was a white wolf! And, given the nearby pedestrians reactions, this only ascertained that the wolf simply did not belong here.
Ducking and weaving through the city's streets, Tarantulas had managed to avoid the gun-fire from behind him. Not that primitive ancient human weapons would even be capable of penatrating his chrome armour. After a quick chase-sequence around the large city, Tarantulas found himself in a condemned building, screeching to a stop, he transformed into beast mode and scurried down the hallway into the lower area of the building. Crawling out of a large thin hole on the other side of the building, he transformed into robot mode and began running across and down the street.
When he spotted a familiar robot.
(I'm sorry, but Ravage is in a familiar form to Tarantulas, correct? =S)
OOC: Well, Ravage in Beast Wars is notacibly different then the one I'm envisioning here, which is much more of a Puma based form.
Also, Ravage is no longer in the city streets anymore. He's in the Decepticon base Nemesis which is hidden somewhere far down in the North Pacific Ocean.
((Oh jeez, I read everything that prowl did as "Ravage".
I suppose that Tarantulas would know who prowl is, though? Er, or is he a fan character? I'll just post assuming that he knows who he is.))
It was the ancient cybertronian prowl. Tarantulas recognised him from the history holograms.
Stopping, he knew Prowl would lead him to other Transformers. He pulled out a small robotic spider-tracer and threw it at the car. Quickly converting back to beast mode he scuttled into an aller way and brought up a map of his location, luckily his sensers (sp?) had adjusted, and he had some idea of the geography of his location.
((This post was more or less to get me involved with what was going on... Prowl is a maximal, yes?))
OOC:
Prowl's Generation 1, Autobot, so yes, Tarantulus would have known about him.
Remember, they're Autobots and Decepticons at this stage, not Maximals and Predacons.
((Yeah, I knew that. I just never watched a transformers show to get used to calling them that. @_@))
The SR-71 dived down low over the fields outside the city. In a place this built up, it was difficult to find an area without people for them to land, but they had located a place, just one solitery road crossed the landscape here, deserted from traffic.
Shockwave was almost falling out of the sky, his engines were so low. He hated having to land like this...even though he was going as slow as he could, and even though he was built to withstand impacts like this, it was still a powerful blow, and every time he feared he would break something. Still, he definitely would break something if he tried to land his plane form on this uneven ground!
"You worry too much." chided Fusion as he jumped out of the cotpit and positioned himself on the plane's nose. "Say when dude."
"When." called Shockwave as he activated his transformation matrix. Just as the SR-71 disolved underneath him, Fusion deftly lept from the plane's nose, dropping the few feet to the ground and immeadeately ducking. Shockwave roared over his head and landed with a heavy KROOM some way in front of him, thick legs absorbing the impact.
Shockwave's normal form was almost completely Fusion's polar oposite! Massive, heavily armoured, and tough, he was designed for taking punishment rather than dodging it. He was a full five storeys tall, with gigantic wide shoulders and body built like a tank! He too was Humanoid, although he sported two pairs of huge arms from his shoulders rather than just one. His face bore the usual metal features, and the shaped helmet-like spikes on his head that dipped down across his forehead, making him look like he was parmenantly frowning. His body was all black, save for thick chome silver stripes running round his ankles, wrists, and base of his helmet. His eyes glowed the same silver color.
He straightened up andturned round, his footfalls making a regular boom boom noise. He scanned the horizon for moment to mak sure his massive form hadn't been seen, then, satisfied the area was still deserted, he looked down at the small form of Fusion. "Okay, we're here. Now what? I'm getting low on energy."
"Me too." agreed Fusion, his voice betraying a happy, carefree mood. "Now, we use that to locate whoever's here! We'll use our sensors to locate a power scource!"
"Who's to say there's even one here?" Shockwave replied with another sigh. Why had fate landed him with mister irritation as a partner?
Fusion looked up at his larger friend...had he a face, he would have been grinning. "Pay more attention!" he exclaimed. "There are two that I've detected already!"
Shockwave switched his sensors on and, sure enough, there were two energy scources big enough to be parts of the Ark in the area...one in particular was big enough to be the entire ship, although it seemed awfully close to the sea...
"Which one?"
"Try the bigger one first, I'd say."
============================================================
Twenty minutes later, at a junction where a small, dusty road joined one of the main highways into the city, two veichles roared down the dirt path, throwing up massive dust clouds in their wake! One of them was a black Nissan Skyline with gold alloys and undercar neons. The other was a massive American Rig, all black, but with crome silver exhausts and radiator grille. The trailer attatched to it was a car transporter, although it bore no cars at present.
Both veichles roared onto the highway and stormed off towards the city at speed...
OOC: Okay. Natch my other posts.
IC:
A '65 Mustang, convertible, red with flame detail plied its way down the road. Driving a car like this on outside of muscle car shows was abnormal, but there it was. Megas sped along the streets of LA, when his sensore picked up two Cybertronian signals. He quickly veered to the left, nearly clipping a mailbox, and drove off towards the signals...
IC:
Eternity's sensors jolted at all the new cybertronians in the area, she had spotted the wolf now and then Prowl, she was taken a back when a spider like robot moved into the alleyway she was in. Too surprised to keep her cover she sprang up, transforming into her humanoid form, the majority of her heavily armoured body in black, but marked with her tell tale white tiger stripes all over. Her fists were tipped with claws and her once tiger head was now used as a shoulder pad. A light blasting pistol equipped to her right wrist in the form of a fang which could extend sharply on mental command.
The ex-tiger was standing obviously taller than the unknown machine. One the size of a car in her humanoid form she was slightly taller than the averag bot size.
"Hey, who's side are you on?" She growled, judging from his attire that he was a decepticon of some sort. Her autobot emblem out of sight among her armour...
IC:
Once again on a rooftop to check her bearings Windrunner intuitively looked down and spied Prowl, success!
She dropped down to the street infront of the car and inwardly winced at the cries of alarm.
Sometimes she disliked this form, but it was good for off road transport.
She wanted to keep some semblence of cover so detterred from transforming to her motorbike form or humanoid instead she judged that people had backed off hurriedly enough not to hear her if she communicated.
"Greetings Prowl, it has been some time since I saw you aboard the Ark." She looked towards an alleyway and tilted her head in curiosity,
"It appears we are not alone."
Windrunner looked uncertainly at Prowl but then cautiously made for the alleyway, she'd spied the glimmer of white stripes on black armour...a familiar sight to her...
Hnn. Of all the forms you could have chosen, Windrunner, it had to be one of the most obvious ones at that, huh? Prowl spoke out, his tone filled with obvious annoyance. Found anywhere yet that we can use to fill up on energy? My own is wearing out.
Prowls sensors picked up another two Cybertronian identities, other then Windrunner! Looking in the direction that Windrunner himself was spying down, a loud sigh escaped Prowls audio speakers.
Were here to reconnaissance the area, not bring attention to ourselves he trailed off, awaiting whatever would happen next.
Tarantulas grinned to himself, perhaps he didn't need to wait to follow them. An ancient autobot would not recognise him as a foe, as the predacon signature would not be familiar to them.
"Greetings, fellow autobots!" Tarantulas emerged from the shadows. "I am Tarantulas."
"...not one to complain, and far be it from me to enforce my viewpoints on others or anything, but all I'm saying is, of all the cars on the road, why did you have to pick a darn 18 wheeler???"
"Sorry Fusion." mumbled Shockwave for the umpteenth time, not really listening to the continuous babbling. The two were just entering the city limits, and they had joined one of the main highways, slipping into the streams of traffic passing by.
"I mean, thanks to you, we can now not use the fast lane!" continued Fusion, completely in a world of his own as he fumed on. He glanced across at some of the cars passing by. "Oh, this is embarrasing...we're being overtaken by Dihatsus! I'm a sports car for goodness sake!"
Shockwave sighed. Fusion sometimes got too carried away with his forms...he was young to be part of the Autobot elite, only built a short time before the Ark left for Earth. How he had got so much recognition in so little time was beond Shock!
Suddenly the rig's attention was caught by a blip on his scanners. "Hey Fusion, you get that?"
"Get what?"
"Turn your scanner on...there's something coming up behind us fast. Looks to me like another bot!"
"Finally! Now we can ask where Primo is!"
"How do we know he's friendly?"
"Pff...what, you think the Deceptocons have holed up here or something?"
"Looks like we're about to find out..." The blip on the scanner was indeed coming up fast...breaking he highway speed limit! It was less than a minute before it caught up with the duo, roaring up alongside in the fast lane.
Fusion looked across at him curiously, a red Mustang, old skool muscle. Very nice! Had he not chosen the Skyline as his form then that may have been one potential choice!
Shock was examining the car too as it slowed, matching their speed. "You got a bad feeling about this like I have?" he muttered to Fusion quietly.
"Oh lighten up!" replied Fusion with a grin. Switching the channel on his radio so the newcomer could hear, he called out: "Hey there man...nice wheels! What's up?"
OOC: If you're talking about Megas, he's a Mustang, the same model car with the exact same details as the carhead on the Megas robot on the TV show Megas XLR. If not, disregard this post.
IC: "Name's Megas. Heard there's a little shindig downtown, thought I'd check it out!" The red convertible honked once, its horn playing an air-horn version of La Cucaracha once, then passed them both and roared past the two towards the signals.
IC:
"I chose this form for off road situations like climbing buildings, I do have a motorbike form that might suit this place better but I was not intent on getting stuck in traffic."
Windrunner turned to face the spider bot as he came out of the alleyway.
"Greetings fellow autobots, I am Tarantulas."
Windrunner tried to check him but the reading she recieved was different from others she had enciuntered, it was impossible to tell if he was a Decepticon or an autobot like he claimed.
Turning to Prowl she asked,
"Can you get a reading on this guy? I can't."
Eternity glared at Tarantulas' back,
"Why is it I still feel inclined to shoot you?" She muttered icily, reining in her distrust and controlling her emotions she calmed herself, he could still be an autobot...she guessed.
"If you're an autobot, show me your emblem."
This doesnt make sense. Prowl muttered, loud enough for all of the gathered beings to be able to hear. I dont have any data files on him at all, and that extends to the Ark. My files show that he definitely wasnt on it. And, unless my data files are damaged, which is unlikely since we all seem to share the same conclusions, then I wonder. How did you get here?
Prowl was intent on settling this conversation solely through speaking, he didnt want to have to engage in combat anymore that was necessary. Just like Optimus Prime would have believed, they were not to endanger the humans, and besides, no doubt all of their fuel systems were horribly low. They could not afford to waste excess energy in a conflict!
But who was this spider? The fact that he could receive no intel on him whatsoever (including not only bio information, but the fact that the metal he was went unrecognisable) was worrying.
...whoops sorry Cy...did you edit your post? I'm sure I read Corvette >.> lol. My bad. Also I thought the two signals you were refering to were Fusion and Shock, but I guess I mistook that too. My apologies.
IC later.
"My apologies for the confusion, for I am not a traditional autobot. I am actually, one of your descendants. An honorable Maximal!" He showed them his icon. (I actually have no idea where it is... I think it was inside his 'shell' on the toy.) "I have been transported here mysteriously by some greater power." Tarantulas looked as innocent as he could. "I'd like to help my ancestors in any way I can."
He would have to change his activation code. Terrorize didn't exactly sound autobot friendly.
Prowl mentally frowned, as impossible as it would be for him to do so in his patrol car form. The descendant story didnt exactly sound the most believable, but rather a Cybertronian childs story. That, and it seemed to be a rather convenient excuse, especially throughout his explanation of his arrival here as being mysteriously transported by some greater power. It didnt suit with Prowl, not one little iota.
If thats the case, Tarantulus, then what happens? Prowl asked. Tarantulus seemed to initially be taken aback by this statement, until Prowl expanded on it. Do the Autobots win, or is it all some vain effort? Do we win or lose?
"Well, I'll just tell it like it was... after a long and harsh battle between me and Megatron, I had finally gotten a hold of him. I tore him apart with my bare hands and paraded around Cybertron with his head on a stick." Tarantulas looked around at the faces of disbelief. "Uh... just kidding." he giggled, embarassed. "What really happened was..."
"After a long and hard battle, Optimus Prime and Galvatron, Megatron's new form battled it out." Tarantulas pondered what he was about to say for a moment. "With his quick battle moves, and his ultimate fighting technique, Optimus Prime finally managed to crush Megatron, but in doing so he..." Tarantulas hung his head. "Sacrificed himself."
Prowl wasn't so believable. His second story seemed more likely then the first, but... this was Prime, he was talking about. Optimus Prime couldn't die... could he?
"Then we'll have to change that somewhat." Prowl spoke out. The others turned to him and looked at him with confused expressions. Change the defeat of Megatron? "We make sure Optimus doesn't die." Prowl said deteriminately.
"That is, if we ever find him, first." Eternity interjected.
"That's a working progress." Prowl replied. "Now, c'mon, we've wasted enough time out here, we did to get back to cover with the others, we can't risk creating more of a panic in this city, which, admittedly, would be hard given you three's secondary modes."
"Er, mind if I come with you?" Tarantulas asked the Autobot group sheepishly.
OOC: Let's say Megas passed them on his way to the group. That could work.
IC: The red Mustang pulled up to the what seemed to be the new Cybertroncon, stopping not too far off from Prowl's fender, skidding to a halt. "Sorry I'm late, guys, ran into a couple others like us way back there. Couplea swell fellas, but slowwwww..."
IC:
Windrunner glared at the spider, the story seemed a bit far fetched and she had a feeling Tarantulas was lying, but she let Prowl make the decision, if he did turn out to be a decepticon, together Eternity, Prowl and herself could easily defeat him.
"Hnn." Prowl muttered at Tarantulus' question. He didn't really believe the spider's story particularly well, but... they didn't have the time to simply remain here, when they had more important things to do, namely combat the Decepticons and locate the rest of the Ark based Autobots. Plus, Eternity's, Windrunner's and Tarantulus's forms, both robot and secondary, would hardly inspire confidence in the human public, and a potential conflict with them was undesired.
Besides, what if Tarantulus was who he said he was? Prowl didn't neccessarily believed him, but there was the potential it was true after all.
It was just then that a red Mustang pulled up from behind Prowl, his skidding to a halt notifying everyone of his prescence.
"Sorry I'm late, guys, ran into a couple others like us way back there. Couplea swell fellas, but slowwwww..." Megas spoke out.
"Others?!" Prowl replied. " Who were they, Autobots or Decepticons?!" Prowl's voice was filled with neccessary concern.
"Well... I didn't really stop to make a note of it, y'know?" Megas replied.
Prowl was quiet, as he mentally sighed in exhaustion. He couldn't believe Megas' inability! Did he not fully comprehend the intensity of their situation?
"Megas, if you wouldn't mind, you need to lead us to where you saw these two Cybertronians. We need to know if they're Decepticons or Autobots. If they're the former, we toast them, if its the latter, then we join them." Prowl spoke, moving out so as to join the road again, and expecting the rest of the crew to join him.
"You should understand the severity of the situation, Megas. This isn't a vacation, you know." Prowl condescendingly spoke down to Megas.
Sidewinder flew through the sky, fast as he could. His scanners picked up other Autobots somewhere in the city far below him, so he sent a message via Autobot-only communication frequencies- at least, he hoped that they were still Autobot-only. "This is Sidewinder, Autobot Recon, calling all Autobots in nearby area. Requesting co-ordinates of other Autobots."
IC;
Windrunner decided it was time to get out of this mode, she attracted too much attention.
Disappearing into the alley Eternity had come from, she transformed into a white motorbike with a special visor like glass cover that would hold the rider, the glass was dark enough that you couldn't see inside, so she appeared to be driven.
"Okay Prowl, happy now?" She muttered, reappearing on the road and getting ready to leave.
"One was a black sports car, the other one looked kinda like a darker Ultra Magnus. Yeesh, cut me some slack, Prowl, I was in a hurry and they didn't exactly try to vape me where I was." The Mustang did a U-Turn and flashed its taillights once. "Right then, follow me. Hopefully they're there still, or somewhere around there, they were moving." His tires screeched as he sped off back the way he came.
OOC: Just a note, as I'll IC later, but I'm not sure if comparing him to Ultra Magnus is very good, considering that UM wouldn't have that secondary mode on Cybertron.
But oh well.
"Uh, was that a yes?" he asked to no one in particular. They seemed to be taking off so he converted into motorcycle mode and lines himself up with the others.
'Even if they don't let me come along, I can still track them.' Tarantulas laughed to himself.
OOC: Looking good so far, guys! The interaction has been awesome and the imagination used here is fantastic. I'm going to start something rolling now that will get our characters into some action.
IC:
The gathered Cybertronians pulled out of their location, and under Megas guidance, departed to search for the other two Cybertronians Megas had passed before. Prowl hoped that they would be able to quickly and safely locate the two, and that they were on the Autobots side. A confrontation was the least of his desires right now. Low energy fuel, plus a human settlement did not equate to the best conditions for which to do so in.
Prowl mentally sighed though at the screams of the people they passed. He appreciated Windrunners transformation into a less conspicuous motor cycle, but despite it, Eternitys white tiger form and Tarantulus strange fusion of a motor cycle and tarantula were hardly the best secondary forms. He hoped Eternity had also picked up perhaps a third transformation form into a vehicle, but regardless of it, Tarantulus presence, and fact that he had a monster form, robot form and now this strange motor-cycle/tarantula form indicated he most likely didnt have another one as well. He would have to have his secondary form reformatted to one of the vehicles on this planet.
"This is Sidewinder, Autobot Recon, calling all Autobots in nearby area. Requesting co-ordinates of other Autobots." The message suddenly popped up within Prowls, Megas, Windrunners and Eternitys systems. Finally, the other remaining Autobot that had landed with them in the split section of Ark was finally communicating to them.
Sidewinder, this is Prowl, Autobot Military Analyst/Strategist, and acting Autobot Commander responding. I, Megas, Windrunner and Eternity are all located in Grid-Sector A348T1, heading north-east to Grid-Sector A347R1, on the trail of two suspect Cybertronians with the descriptions of- Prowl began responding.
A black sports-car and a 18-wheeler rig, both together. Megas interjected.
Thats right. Id appreciate it if you could search aerially as well? Well all meet in Grid-Sector A347R1. Prowl finished the transmission.
-----------
Off the coast of Los Angeles, seven large, monstrous forms appeared from the shores, the waters moving out of the beings paths as they walked slowly, ominously forwards, onto the beach before them. The civilians that were around the area didnt have enough time to catch the details of the beings that they would have wanted, as they had all instead fled in blind panic every other which way.
You understand your mission parameters, Stunticons? The large Decepticon machine in the middle of the assembled beings spoke out, his voice producing an eerie echo following it. This particular machine had a humanoid appearance in a more boxy shape coloured purple. On his right shoulder was a turret looking device, and the centre of his body was a rectangular shape emblazoned with the Decepticon symbol.
My men and I understand fine, Soundwave. The leader of the group of five Stunticons responded. He was Motormaster, and currently he too was in his robotic form. Within his hand was the energo-blade with which he was referred for. Were to create as much destruction within this city as possible to not only divert attention of the humans away from your mission, but also to attract the foolish Autobots here. And then, to destroy them.
Exactly. Soundwave replied. Whilst I and Runamuck proceed to use the data from Ravages report, and to steal the energy from the nearby power plant with which to empower our own resources.
Ha. Lets do it then, and show these miserable fleshings the might of the Stunticons! Motormaster shouted out. The five Decepticons composing the Stunticons transformed into their respective secondary forms, before disappearing into the city to begin their destruction.
Soundwave transformed into his own secondary form, that of a cassette player, and landed within Runamucks own transformation into a vehicle. Then, they proceeded to depart to the nearby power plant and enact their own devious plot.

OOC; Sorry if I didn't make it clear but Eternity is a black tiger with white stripes.
IC:
Eternity noted the distress she was causing and suddenly skidded to a halt, looking around for a place to hide. Nothing presented itself so she sprung upto a building, crouching out of sight she went into stealth mode, staggering slightly from the sudden energy drain. She returned to the others below, only giving her position away by the thud as she hit the ground and the claw marks in the road.
"Just thought...this mght be less...conspicuos," she panted, trying to sustain her mode on such low energy was going to be a bit of challenge. She once again cursed herself for being too dazed when she and her piece of the Ark hit the ground to tell what was happening too much, so that not only did she pick a really out of place form in this environment, but mixed up the colours.
Still managing to keep pace with the others she hoped the two cybertronian's weren't too far...
OOC: Sidewinder's profile:
Name: Sidewinder
Faction: Autobot
Function: Non-land recon
Motto: "Be careful that victories do not carry the seed of future defeats."
Bio: Sidewinder is a very curious Autobot, and often looks at things from a unique point of view. He enjoys doing his job, but sometimes worries if by following one target, he's ignoring another that is just as, if not more, important. Doesn't like the war, but wants the Autobots to win more than almost anything else in life. Finds Earth very culture strange. His specialty is recon missions over terrain hard for other Autobots to pass in his stealth jet mode, and on Cybertron was one of the few Autbots with a water-travel mode, which has become an Earthen speedboat. In jet mode, he has two small laser blasters, which can both come out of his sides in speedboat mode. When in robot mode, he wields a photon pulse cannon.

IC: "You got it, sir. If you need me to search on water in my boat mode at any time, just mention it, sir," replied Sidewinder. "I can see them now..." he muttered to himself. "Looks like they could be trouble..."
(OOC: Major appology for the delay...past few days have been chaos! I'm back now^^)
IC:
"Woah...that can't be good!"
After meeting with Megas, Shockwave and Fusion had continued off into the city, tracking the large energy signature they had detected. It was only when they reached the waterfront that they realised the signature was actually out at sea! They had sat for a moment, discussing their predicament, before the Decepticons suddenly rose from the water, lumbering towards the land steadily!
Shockwave started up his engine. "For once I agree with you! Let's get out of here! If they detect us, we're dead!" His engine roared as he turned quickly, storming back onto the road and setting off into the city...
...and slamming on his breaks, hard! "Aah, Humans! They're everywhere!"
In the mass panic, people had started fleeing into the city, paying scant regard to traffic in their stampede, and now the road was full of screaming pedestrians running every which way to avoid the incoming danger! "We'll never get through this seperately!" called Shockwave to the car behind him. "Jump on!" On the trailer behind Shockwave's tractor unit, the ramp lowered to the floor, inviting Fusion to drive on. The Skyline immeadeately did so, taking up position on the lower level right behind the cab.
"I hope you know what you're doing!" he called.
Shockwave inwardly grimaced, but didn't reply. Instead he sounded his horn, accelerating slowly and hoping that people would get out of his way...fortunately they did.
"This is Sidewinder, Autobot Recon, calling all Autobots in nearby area. Requesting co-ordinates of other Autobots."
"Hey, you hear that?" asked Fusion curiously.
"Could be a trap." muttered Shockwave absently, only half listening as he tried to concentrate on avoiding the padestrians.
"Maybe, but..." There was a massive roar as a bright yellow, six-wheeler race car screamed past them down the road, showing considerably less regard than Shock and Fusion were doing for the Humans nearby. Most managed to dive out of the way, but a few unlucky individuals were mown down visiously! Fortunately for the two Autobots, it looked like the Deceptocons weren't using their scanners just yet, so hadn't noticed them.
"The freak!" exclaimed Shockwave, watching the car roar off down the road. "Those Humans...!"
"Erm, Shock...we're alone, and starting to get low on energy and all...I really think..."
"Hold on!" The heavy catapillar engine roared to new heights as Shockwave accelerated after the race car, still dodging civillians who fortunately were more sparse as they got further into the city. "We can't let him get away with that!"
