Er...I'm going to try to do an RP...try being the key word here so here's the backstory first...
Terra Nova: A world very similar to ours, especially in climates and wide variety in races. The world is home to several large continents: Peda, Panite, Loren and the Land of the Mist (Just a nickname for now. No one knows the real name of the land). The planet is mainly controlled by an organization called the Crescent Sun, ran by Adam Folensworth. This company at one time was a mining company but to expand it's profits, it began to expand its function but it has always been corrupt, especially with its founder, Amil, who was a sorcerer from Loren. The organization had been ousted from power after centuries in power but they have slowly been regaining power. However Adam is in search of the remaining superhumans that were made to help put the Crescent Sun back in power. Several of them had died but one of the living ones is Riku. A rogue sorcerer from Loren named A.J is also seeking Riku, but his reasons are unknown at the moment. You can be on the side of the Crescent Sun or be against them and A.J (No one is on A.J's side except himself) and help Jay and friends find A.J (They don't know about Riku yet but Jay wants to find his brother)...or do whatever you want...just be involved in the conflict!
As for the races of the world...
Terrans: Humans in a way. They are often the smartest of all the races and live a bit longer than humans. They are also the ones known for causing the most trouble in history. Most of the other races hate Terrans...
Fairies: Fairies in this world can heal and can shrink to mini size to fly around. They often live in the forests, away from Terran cities.
Mysterions: The rare race. They can wield fire, ice and lightning from their hands but there is a great mystery to their powers. They do weaken rapidly if their powers are used too much. They also hate Terrans because of prior treatment in history...
Rules: Magic (Magick) is allowed but basically...if you use magick, you're considered a bad guy/gal. Everyone will treat you badly because of the atrocities committed by sorcerers...so be warned...
Furries: I'll allow them. There are so many races in Terra Nova that no one knows them all...and if you are in Spotlight City, one does not stare at a strange looking person too long unless you wish to be shot...
Magic weapons: They are okay by me but all get trounced by the legendary sword in my world, the Everblade. Someone will get to wield the Everblade but I will decide that...

Age: 20
Race: Terran/Fairy
Abilities: Healing powers. She can only use them once a day so she has to be very wise in the use of them.
Personality: Kind and nice. She doesn't like to get on anyone's bad side. She is a chronic worrier and this tends to get her into trouble...she is also very bad at reading maps and usually get lost a lot...
Appearance: Longish blue hair and blue eyes. She wears a long sleeved white shirt, a blue vest, a knee length blue skirt and brown shoes. She carries a small sword from Jessica.
Name: Adam Folensworth
Age: 25
Race: Terran
Abilities: None. He's a cunning little devil and has a huge knowledge of magick and the history of Loren.
Personality: He's a spoiled little brat. He's been born with a silver spoon in his mouth and expects everything to come easy. He likes to flirt with girls because he knows he's pretty. He can have a short temper and looks down on anything that isn't a Terran.
Appearance: Short blond hair and blue eyes. He wears a black shirt, blue pants, a large white coat and brown boots. He carries a modified sword with a laser blaster attached. He has a boyish face and a scar on the bottom of his cheek.

Lena walked down the busy streets of Spotlight City and let out a sigh. Jessica had invited her to the city to come visit but now she was lost. The city's skyscrapers toured into the sky and seemed to close in on her. The city seemed devoid of life despite all the people around her. "I knew I should have asked them to wait here for me," She said. She thought she felt something run by her and looked around. She was unaware of a young woman standing atop a statue, looking down at her.
OOC: I'll add profiles to the characters as I introduce them...

Adam looked down at his desk, at the pictures of Riku spread out before him. She looked very pretty in the pictures and he had to remind himself she was just a genetic freak and not a real Terran. Next to the photos of Riku, was a newspaper with a pic of A.J's face. Adam was not in the mood to cross that mad wizard. He looked up and at the guards by his door. "I need you guys to summon some bounty hunters. Find the best ones you can find and hurry!" He said.
