A new villain.

Years and years and YEARS after the events of Sonic the Hedgehog 2006, a being that was thought to be extinct for ages has risen to unleash a new disaster on Mobius. This is where the story begins...
2186 Mobius
Frost awoke to an abnormally cold morning. He didn't mind the temperature, of course, because he is a being of water. He can freeze things, shoot water from the palms of his hands, and even create things out of ice by just willing it to exist, but no offensive weapons other than his Ice Sword.
But today he had a feeling that something big would happen, and part of him deliciously anticipated some kind of large and impactful event- while another part of him dreaded such an experience.
He stepped outside and the ground started shaking.... "An earthquake?" he thought to himself. The shaking got more intense, and all of a sudden, a crevice appeared and something totally unexpected happened. Water shot out of it. The crevice grew wider and the entire village was attacked by a hard and heavy rain. Frost wasn't scared. But then the crevice grew and snuck up on him and the water carried him into the air.
While midair, a gray/green hedgehog held a chaos emerald saw him. Someone else had been thrown into the water jet. But then something ELSE unexpected happened. The hedgehog threw the emerald to Frost and said, "Take it. Go back in time. Find the..." then he fell, and Frost disappeared into the past.
(OOC: You might want to give a little bit more info, particularly about your character, as there's little to no description of him. Like...what does he look like? What is his personality...strengths, weaknesses that sort of thing. I assume you plan to divulge more of his history and the history of the scenario as you go along, but as is, there's...not much to go on for someone who wants to join. Like...what kinds of characters are allowed? Does this take place more in the past, or in the ruined future, or is it equal of both?
Sorry if this sounds harsh, I'm not trying to be, and this looks like something I might be interested in joining at some point...but for me, and I assume anyone else that's thinking of joining, we need some more info first. *shrug*)
(ooc: Is there like a little bio we need to fill out to join this Rp or do we just wait for the plot to be really started up or do we just join in now?....(I'm new here))
