I'm not going to try remembering everything when I can just check my archive tonight.

Not sure, what issue was the Tomb in, and just before then Running Wild is also online, parts 1 and 2 online 3 by the end of the month. Thats my contribution til li get more space.

"The Tomb" was in issues 89-90. "Running Wild" was 80-82.

My archive disks must've got a little scattered when I left for Birmingham. Some of them're still in Wales and I haven't finished searching the desk in my flat yet, but so far, I've found:

Sonic: 1-50, 54-72

Tails: 16-21, 28, 31, 35-38, 42, 48-51, 59-64

Knux: 52-8, 65-70, 72

Sonic's World: 51-2, 59-65, 69-70, 72

Amy: 41, 127, 154-6

Other: The Robotnik story from 42.

As I've said before and anyone who remembers my scan site knows, I do have much more. These're just the stories that I can lay my hands on at this precise moment.

I'll edit others into the list as I find them.

I've also invested in forty 3.5 inch, 1.44MB disks (there was a two for one offer at the stationery shop :)) and a couple of extra disk cases, so uploading isn't quite the problem it used to be.

if i didn't have mine, backups would be near impossible. i got 4gb+ of stuff i need to backup soon. just can't be bothered going out to buy cds....

I'm pretty sure the discs Sarah is referring to are ZIP-drive discs, which in my opinion are FAR more efficiant then CDR's.

And glad to hear that Sarah, we can't wait (Ecspecially me... I haven't read the non-reprinted pre-100 stories in years!)

Now... Those Shanzarr stories have been sitting on my PC for over 2 months... I really SHOULD look into starting them ^^;

aahhh, zip drives. i'd love to have one, but i think i've reached my maximum amount of drives... maybe a usb one would work, tho...

well, due to me teansie, tiny collection, there's not much for me to scan. at least heroes and villians is up. i'll see what else i can find that no1 else has called.

it'd a shame i only startedmy collection when i did, i missed the whole of the shanzaa storyline (except for the very end) and the entire comic run before it. ^^;

out of the older stories i'm looking for the storyline that followed the s&K game storyline with the metal sonic that kept hopping on the master emerald to power up. i did managed to grab one of the issues with it in, but it vanished. x.x;

if i had a better scanner i'd help if i could. ^^; *sits and happily waits for more scans to be uploaded*

It would be so bad if the old 200MMX I've got my archives and zip drive installed on had any USB ports. If it had, I'd just borrow Svan's plug-in CD-rewriter and copy everything that way.

As it is, methinks I need to find a cheap plug-in zip drive for my laptop...

maybe a cheap network would benifit you, sam. just grab a few cards and some wires and your in business.

VCP said hed uplaod part 3 of running wild for me as i am missing the last page, and without it the story is left hanging, and i mean literaly hanging.

SO thabnks VCP. I'm not planning on scanning any more myself for a short while, maybe later when i have more diskroom i might upload the Hive perhaps, but aside from that, i'm out of business temporarily.

Yeep, Swift, how come your Running Wild files are like 8 megs a piece? O.o That seems a little excessive somehow. Especially when the host is so slow... Is it possible to get some smaller filesizes there? I mean, most issues only weigh in at a meg or two at most...

Yeah, im getting a new small scan in to replace them in a week or so. New detemriantion after a time of, ill reduce the file sized as soon as possible.

hi can sumone help me Im trying to find out what comic issues the story with johnny (or some guy like johnny) turns bad and chains sonic to this funny green machine thingy is. the guy wears a cloak thingy to disguise himself and appeared in knuckles stories too and sonic world from what i can rememba. its been ages since i read the comics and I really wanna know what arc this was in. if anyone has any clue what Im goin on about help!!! thanx!

Should be Wes. No one is making profit off of these old issues, so we're just spreading the appreciation of it. Some of the older writers and artists seem to be aware (or vaguely aware) that this goes on and they don't mind.

If ever Fleetway asked us to stop, we would. But we're not hurting anyone by spreading our love of the comic across continental borders and helping people with missing comics fill their collection, are we?

Could you specift specific stories at all? I don't like to scan filler stories and plus as you know there are 4 comic strips to an issue.

I don't really know any of the story lines since it has been so long since i have read them. I'm really just looking for the main story and if possible any knuckles ones i can get a hold off.

there are a few storylines i only have bits off and would like the rest.

yeah, the Sonic Terminator was the first (and best) saga IMO, someone should scan it.

Sonic Terminator? I can get those scans done for you, but there are two main problems...

1.They may be in not so good condition
2. I don't really have anywhere to host them.

hey I know everyone that scans in their comics is always inundated with mass amounts of requests, but I noticed that there are hardly any scans for the miracle planet and also more importantly the sonic 3 tie in stories when knuckles makes his first apearance, up to when the base is attacked by robotnik. I was wondering if anyone who isnt too busy could find a place to scan and host them, or maybe email them to me if they already have them scanned in, I can provide my email if its a possibility. Id be really grateful, I havent read them for yeeeeearrrs and with the remains of my comics probably somewhere on a rubbish heap (thanks mum!) this could be my last chance to read them again *sniff sniff* thaaank yoou!

yeah i noticed that too. i really want to read the story when the Death Egg was launched and Metallix mk2 appeared. Also the sonic terminator, hell, all of them!

I've got a request if anyone wants to help. I've got most of them from 1 to 22, and I've got most from 66 through 184. Does anyone else see a major gap in my collection? Not to sound greedy, but does anyone think they can fill in that gap a little?

i hav the majority of 40 to 90, a cuple extra and a few missin. they rnt to hand atm, but i mite hav them by monday or sumthin.. u mite wanna find sum1 else hoo has them at easier access. i'll help if u want, but dw if sum1 else can help more!

I'm getting a new computer (hopefully) this week. I'm upgrading the machine with my scans on it to somnething with the original hard drive, my zip drive still intact and a connection that runs faster than 28k (twice as fast, in fact). Hopefully, then I'll be able to upload my own scans of 1-75.

Believe me, this delaying annoys me at least as much as it annoys you.

I'm not annoyed by delays. I was searching for many moons before I found this board. I'm patient, I could wait many more. I appreciate the help though. I keep re-reading the first 20, afraid to skip over, in case I miss something.
