Can anybody tell me where I could find Cnc, Klik n' Play, or The Games Factory?

And Can anybody tell me where I can find a site where you can learn to draw Anime?

I know this is a sonic site, but I think people here have much more experience with Anime and Cnc-type stuff other sites (I ain't saying who...)
