Today’s Super Smash Bros. pic of the day features none other than the Eggrobo! Look at that darling egg-baby.
To quote game director Masahiro Sakurai’s Miiverse post:
Pic of the day. Here’s Dr. Eggman’s machine, Eggrobo. It’ll appear as a guest character in Smash Run and attack you with laser beams.
Smash Run is a 3DS exclusive mode that has four players simultaneously battling enemies through a large map, collecting powerups to use in a final showdown with each other at the end of the 5 minute time limit. (Basically it’s City Trial from Kirby Air Ride.)
