Guess you didn’t see this one coming. Yuji Naka has stated that the upcoming enhanced port of the original Sonic Adventure, Sonic Adventure DX: Director’s Cut, for GC will include a bunch of classic Sonic Game Gear titles. Most of these titles were released in the U.S. during the Game Gear’s heyday during the early 90’s, but some were seen only in Japan. The 12 Game Gear titles are:
1. Sonic: The Hedgehog
2. Sonic: The Hedgehog 2
3. Sonic & Tails
4. Sonic & Tails 2
5. Sonic Labyrinth
6. Sonic Drift
7. Sonic Drift 2
8. G-Sonic
9. Tails’ Sky Patrol
10. Tails’ Adventure
11. Sonic Spinball
12. Dr. Robotnik’s Mean Bean Machine (aka Puyo Puyo)
Sonic Adventure DX: Director’s Cut is scheduled for Japan and U.S. release this June.
