We finally now know the release date for Sonic Mania. It will be released August 15th 2017. It will also retail for $19.99 in the US and £14.99 in the UK. There is however a Steam sale knocking off 10%. This lowers it to $17.99 and £13.49 respectively.

Sega released some new screenshots along with a new trailer. The art direction should look familiar in the trailer as it was done by Tyson Hesse, who also worked on the Sonic Megadrive comic. Hopefully we get to see more animated material soon. Hyper Potions also brings new music. Full track here. It’s also been added to the music section.
