No, it is not. The English VA for Gamma and the President died a while back. Ryan Drummand incorrectly said that Steve Brodie was the voice of Eggman, but later corrected himself–but not before it spread that Steve Brodie was the voice of Eggman (and not everyone corrected that). Deem Bristow is the English VA for Eggman. –True Red
