To answer my last question you just told me to read rule 11. I just checked the rules on the archives, there are only 10 rules as far as I can see. So, could you clarify what rule 11 is?
There are sixteen rules and where the rules are located was answered recently (it’s still on the Q&A page without checking any archives). You should not be looking at the archives for current page maintenance.
