No, of course not. 4Kids is the one dubbing it and they have a history of not providing the original version of the animes they control. Any DVD that says it has both English and Japanese is not a legit DVD. If you want the original Japanese, you have to order the Japanese version either from an import shop or from Japan. –True Red
