Yes, you (or anyone else) may. It’s only for pictures/images that aren’t in downloads or galleries where permission should be asked for directly. Fan created stuff obviously needs permission of the creator, unless there’s a note from the fan saying that anyone may reproduce their stuff on any site with credit given to them. –True Red
