Sonic and Johnny are taken prisoner during a mission to the eponymous zone, leaving only Amy to escape, but when the captives are presented to Robotnik, they reveal that their capture was only a ruse to allow Amy to break into Robotnik`s information centre and delete valuable knowledge. Sonic and Johnny escape through a ventilation shaft, just in time to help Amy, who has completed her part of the mission but been caught by troopers. The three of them exit following a successful raid.
