In honour of his 14th birthday, Sonic the Hedgehog has been treated to his own interactive retrospective at Federation Square in Melbourne, Australia (corner of Flinders and Swanston St).On show from now until October 2nd at the ACMI Games Lab, “Sonic the Hedgehog: Icon of Our Times,” plays host to a variety of games from over the years – mostly ones from Sonic Mega Colection: Sonic the Hedgehog 1, 2, 3, Sonic & Knuckles, Sonic R, Sonic 3D Blast, Sonic Adventure, and Sonic Heroes. There’s also a rather impressive timeline dating back to 1991 of all his games. If you’re in the area, it’s worth a look. Free entry.
