According to Radiotimes.com Sonic X returns to CiTV on Tuesday 21st June at 4:00pm with the next episode on Friday 24th June also at 4:00pm. It appears it will run every Tuesday and Friday.
The bad news is that they’ve missed out episodes 24, 25 and 26 and have skipped ahead to episode 27! I plan to email CiTV about this and suggest any other displeased fans also send a polite email to CiTV asking them to start with ep 24. The CiTV email address is: webmanager@citv.co.uk
