Go up the passage you would use to get to Icecap. Pass Icecap’s enterance and go straight through the tunnal, and go outside. To the left is the now-landbound Angel Island and to the right is the mountain. go stright to the rock with the Ancent Light upgrade to preform the Light Speed Attack. Use it on the Guard Kiki in front of the locked gate to open it, and walk through to go to Red Mountain.
