  • Happy 10th Anniversary to the Sonic SatAM!

That's right, ladies and gents. Today is the day that (hopefully) all of the Sonic fans everywhere celebrate the 10th Birthday of the Sonic the Hegehog (commonly referred to as SatAM), which debuted today in 1993. Hard to believe, isn't it?! :)

Well, that's it on that. Peace out!

    A Little SatAM Related News.

    Hello.

I was just over at FUS, and apparently, it looks as if there will be more Sonic SatAM DVD's on the way. Sonique Hedgehog had written a letter to DiC Entertainment's Don Gold, looking for information on the subject, and got this reply.

"Hi. Yes, there will be more Sonic DVD's coming. Hopefully by the end of the year.

She also went on to ask, for confirmation's sake, which series it would be from, either AoStH, SatAM, or SU, and Don replied, "No problem. From Sonic the Hedgehog."(SatAM's actual title)

Now, it is not known exactly which eps will be next for release, but I'd be safe to say that the eps from the "Hooked On Sonics" tape that was released as part of the original set of SatAM tapes in the Spring of 1994 will be involved somehow.

Well, that's it for me for now. Credit goes to Fans United for SatAM for this information, and to Sonique for posting the story to begin with.

    I'm out. See ya!

    Well, Ladies and Gentlemen…

It looks as if the series 'Sonic Underground' has returned to television in North America. It is airing on TELETOON in Canada at 7:00 A.M. Eastern Monday-Friday. Just thought I'd print it for any SU fans out there.

    TeamArtail SatAM Petition Demise

I was just at the TeamArtail site and went into the petition board and got this message. "The Petition has been removed due to abuse. Besides, there are SatAM episodes being released on VHS & DVD on 2/26/2002 so the sales of those will do the talking if we want the rest of the series to be released. Sorry that immature people had to ruin this petition, but at least one goal has been achieved, whether due to the petition or not, I don't know, but there isn't a need for it anymore. Thanks to all who supported it." So it does seem that the petition is now off the net.
