According to IGN DC, Japan will be able to (for a price) download Genesis and Turbo Grafx games on to the Dreamcast’s RAM, and play them for a limited time (approx. $1.50 per day)! To read the full article, go to here. Hopefully this great service will come out to the states! Source: IGN DC
