  • Sonic Underground DVD’s to be released tomorrow

    A Quick reminder that tomorrow (31/05/2004) is the day that the Sonic Underground DVD's volumes 1 and 2 are released in the UK. The RRP is lower then previously mentioned. Lowest price I have seen is £4.99 on MVC. The DVD is released under the Anchor Bay label.

    Sonic Advance 3

    Sonic Advance 3 shipped earlier this week in the United States and should be avalible for purchase at wherever it is your crazy kids buy your video games now a days.

    Sonic Advance 3 is a 2D Sonic game for the Gameboy Advance System that retians the general formula while adding a few new twists, such as a hub world and an interesting partner system.

    Sonic Heroes Sells 1.42 Million Units!!!

    IGN has released an article, the State of Sega, revealing that Sonic Heroes has sold a grand total of 1.42 million units (150,000 for Japan, 850,000 for North America and 420,000 for Europe).

    Other standouts in North America include Sonic Adventure DX and Sonic Adventure 2: Battle for the Gameube.

    Sega to Merge with Sammy

    Sega Corp., the maker of ``Sonic the Hedgehog'' games, plans to merge with Sammy Corp., its biggest shareholder, forming a games maker with sales forecast at 501 billion yen ($4.41 billion) in the current business year.

    MegaMan Update

    This site isn't updated often, so every week or two, i'll fill yall in for the latest and greatest in the MegaMan universe...

    >To start off, the MegaMan Battle Network has been gaining alot of popularity lately, with the start-up of the new season of MegaMan NT Warrior TV show on Kids WB, the soon-to-be-released MegaMan NT Warrior Trading card game, the new translated MegaMan NT Warrior manga books from Viz, the future line of action figures from Mattell, and two new MegaMan Battle Network games in the works(MegaMan Battle Network 4:Blue Moon and Red Sun), to be released this summer. This is just a start, so I am looking foward to the bright future of this series.

    >At E3 last week, Capcom announced MegaMan X8 (PS2), and MegaMan Zero 3(GBA). Not much info has been released, but I do know that X8 will reture to the side-scrolling gameplay of X6 and before, with 3-d backgrounds and cut scenes. And MegaMan X Command Mission is an RPG adventure for both PS2 and GameCube, and will i9ntroduce 4 new characters along with X, Zero, and Axl.

    >MegaMan Anniversary Collection is scedualed for summer release, and it will be released for PS2, Nintendo GameCube, and the Game Boy Advance. For the GameCube and PS2 versions, it will feature MegaMan 1-8, and the 2 Japenese Arcade games (multiplayer games), and bonus features that very by the version. THe GBA verion will have the original 6 GameBoy MegaMan games and some Artwork gallerys...
