Sega PR has posted a 17 minute Sonic Adventure commentary. In it Sonic Adventure director Takashi Iizuka explains the origins of many of the new characters, Sonic Adventure's origins, and it's design philosophy.

McDonalds and Sega are auctioning off a special collection of Sonic memorabilia on ebay. All the proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Ronald McDonald House charity.

According to IGN, "Sonic Pinball Party" has been shipped by Sega of America. The game is available for the Game Boy Advanced entertainment system.

Ten years ago today, Sonic the Comic was launched. Since then we were thrilled by its continuing adventures until it recently disappeared...

But no longer!

Back in May 1993, the UK's Sonic The Comic began it's run of 223 issues. So Happy 10th Anniversary for the fans of Sonic The Comic.

Today SEGA issued a press release stating that the upcoming game "Sonic Heroes" was being developed using Criterion Software's video game developement software "Renderware".
