Sonic Heroes puts a new spin on the legendary platform series of games by offering team-based gameplay and allowing players to control 4 teams of 3 characters, making for 12 characters in all. Sonic Heroes will be released on the PS2, Gamecube, and Xbox platforms. Until then, Gaming Chart has posted 10 outstanding new screenshots just released by Sega which include a first look at the game's special stage: a bonus round not seen in a Sonic title since the Saturn era:

Sonic Heroes is confirmed on the Mario Kart Double Dash Demo Disk. Gamestop has a list of the demos on it but here is the SH snippet:

TV Tokyo has recently put up a new clip for the first episode of Rockman.EXE Axess. Axess (not a typo) is a new anime starting October 4th in Japan centering around elements from Battle Network 3 and the upcoming 4.

"DIC polishes Sonic for Mipcom"
DIC Entertainment will bring new digitally-enhanced episodes and a 'directors cut' version of animated series Sonic The Hedgehog to Mipcom to coincide with the launch of a new Sega video game.
Totally Sonic is a 91 half-hour series which features a private collection of new episodes and enhanced versions of the originals, including a new director's cut Secret Sonic episode.
The release of Totally Sonic! coincides with the launch of the new Sonic The Hedgehog videogame from Sega.
The convention mentioned in the news item called Mipcom is an anual entertainment convention in Cannes, France.
