I grabbed these pics from SEGA's Sonic Heroes movie, and Dub edited and hosted them. They're grainy, since they're from the movie, but they get the point across.

A new character, apparently based on E-102 and named "Omega." (There's an Omega on its shoulder.) Check out those claws!

The first close-up look at Espio's new design. You can see the spiked gloves more clearly here, and he has amber yellow eyes.

It looks like Sonic has picked up Mighty's wall kick.

Sega has put up a special flash E3 website with descriptions and media of all the games they are showcasing at the Electronics Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles.

Of particular note is a movie of Sonic Heroes in action in the Sonic Heroes section.

Sega.com have released new Sonic Adventure: DX and Sonic Pinball Party Pages, which feature some of the new images.

The Sonic Adventure: DX page doesn't really feature anything new, but the Pinball Party features the western logo and information on the games various modes.

IGN.com offers a very tantalizing clip of the game in motion with Sonic/Tails/Knuckles. Honestly, this game can't arrive soon enough!

A few things to note about Pinball Party -

Lots of new screenies!!! The NiGHTS boards looks very pretty. There seem to be more than one board per game which IMO is a plus. Two Nights boards are shown here as well as two Sonic boards and one Samba board. there also seems to be a tournament option as well. The Tiny Chao Garden is accessible from these screenshots. There also seems to be a Memory game and a "Sonic Roulette" game as well. The minigame section here is hosted by Cream and Cheese too.

As far as DX goes - same ol same stuff. Newer screens of stuff we hadnt seen previously, but I will say that in these shots the characters don't look as "super shiny plastic" as they did before.

We brought you last year's Sonic Comic Convention, showing off many talented artists who branded together to make this online event possible. You had the chance to look at many Sonic fan comics such as Other-M, the premieres of Ultimate Sonic AND 3B, Sonic::Epilogue, A Bright and Shiny Future, Shadow and Light, and Sonic HQ & Agnes Studio's very own Butterflies. You saw who won, then you went home, happy.

Get ready for a better show...

The Sonic Comic Con 2003 will open August 20th and will run for two weeks, approximately. Also, there is a now a new way to get there: www.sonicverseteam.com/comiccon

The Sonic Comic Con will feature a host/hostess from now on. Each character will be related to Sonic in some way through the comic books, both fanmade, Archie and maybe even Fleetway.
